They were prompt and meticulous with the concrete work, which looked great. They convinced me that I should also seal the concrete pad and tint it to mitigate the harsh whiteness of the concrete. I decided to take a chance on this and was absolutely delighted with the results. With the tinting, the pad blended in much better with the vegetation, and it added to the curb appeal of the house, which we were planning to put on the market. The tinting was well worth the extra cost. They also recommended tinting the new concrete, and the results were equally good. My lesson is that ANB will try to sell extra services, but their recommendations are thoughtful and worth considering.
I've never had anything but good things to say about these guys. I would call them again in a heartbeat if I needed more work done. The only issue I had was that he didn't quite clean up after himself as well this time around.

I was happy with the way it looks but, they were sloppy, they left pop cans/bottles, cigarettes butts all over my yard. Their front loader machine hit the side of my house and they said they were going to fix it and didn't.

It was a terrible experience. Their job is not incomplete, they used completely different colors than what I asked, and they never fixed the problem even though they said they would.

Called Bill and after a couple reschedules was able to get an estimate. The estimate came in about 1/3 of the final cost. There were some unforeseen structural issues he needed to deal with along the way, but I did feel like I was getting nickel and dimed all the way. Communication was bare minimum. Would get a txt saying "Coming over today - need to have a check for X amount". Workmanship was OK - not stellar, not horrible. My experience wasn't nearly as bad as others, but after reading all of these messages, I kinda wish I went with the "other" guys...
Patio was installed according to estimate and looks great. One concern raised during preparation was angle to have water flow away from house. Now that we have had some winter rain the angle is not quite what was desired. Water flow s to side of patio and pools during heavy rain. Yard will have to be re-graded to accomodate and allow water to flow away from house.

Beware of this company.

This lesson cost us over $10,000.
We had pay another company to come clean up the mess and redo the work.
The stamped patio looked terrible with chipped concrete around all the edges.
Many areas had no color or stamp.
The crew was peeing in my bushes.
The worst experience with a contractor ever.
Constant "no shows" and promises.
I had to take ANB Concrete to court to get my money back.
ANB didn't show up to the court date.
A judgement was made in my favor but I still have not received payment.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. It was a great job, great concrete. I had purchased 2 big deals for the job, as I had a big driveway. They had a good price, and they were quick. They did it in one day. I paid a total of 5,900 Dollars as I had them do a full tear out. I was quoted much higher by other companies. It was one of the more pleasurable experiences that I have had with concrete pouring. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it did not go so well. It took about two months to schedule the appointment and sometimes they would not come when they scheduled a time to be here. I even called Angie's List to see if I could get my money back and then they called. It was really not a good experience. Getting the actual work done took about three months and I had to spend an additional $600 over the Big Deal purchase price. I think I paid twice the price that I would have paid somewhere else. The quality of work was good, but they did not come when they promised. I am completely not happy.

It went very well. I called to set up an meeting at my house. I had the ground staked out beforehand to show the area that I wanted to extend. The crew came out and did a fantastic job. Besides extending our patio, which has added value to our house, I also had them add asphalt to my driveway too which provided extra parking too. I would recommend using them and am thinking about having more work done on the side of my house in the future, meaning I would go with ANB Concrete LLC again.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's List for ANB concrete and decided doing this walkway would be a good use to spend it on. At first, I had a little trouble hearing back from Bill when I contacted him, but once he was able to get back to me and set up a time to meet at my house to look at the job, it was all good from there on. He explained that my coupon would not cover the whole job I wanted him to do, which was fine however that might be one fault of the coupon system for this type of project because now you are pretty much committed to this one contractor, where if you do the normal route of getting a few bids from different contractors it might give more flexibility. All depends on the job of course. This project was small enough for me to be happy with what Bill was telling me it would cost, so I went ahead and gave the green light for he and his crew to do the job. On a larger project I would get bids from several different providers.
When I was ready for the guys to show up and do the work, I texted Bill and he got back to me fairly promptly, and we made an appointment for a couple of days out at 8:00 AM. The guys showed up about 10 minutes early and immediately set to work demolishing the ratty old concrete and clearing the way for the new. There was a tree root in the way which I agreed to have them remove, as well as a fence post that needed resetting, and I also had them add a little more to the square footage for the new pour, so the cost did escalate a bit more. But the guys did it with no problems. They originally thought they could do it all that day, but with the extra tasks added it turned out that they would have to finish the next day. And that is exactly what happened, I received a picture text while I was at my work from Bill the next morning showing the beautiful new concrete, and they finished the job by about 11:30 am. Not bad at all! Very quick and efficient!
They responded quickly once emailed and provided a price that was very good. They proceeded to work with a deposit and quickly accomplished their work. I asked and got stamped surface on the walkway and it looked very good. The clean up was a little slow but did get accomplished. I was satisfied with the end product.
After the early slow hurdle, Phil and his crew have responded very well to my concerns. Their services are excellent and very courteous. I highly recommend ANB concrete services.

UPDATE: The overlay materials do not bond with the existing driveway. The work was done in mid September; then it started to crack a week after. Phil was contacted when I was back from vacation, but did not respond to my request as urgent. Time went by and finally showed up in mid October by patching cracked areas with mortar mix, and he did not come back to smooth out the patches to match up with the existing stamped area until I called him multiple times to finish the pending project. Also, the drop down concrete path from the front entrance is now saturated with rain water then turned into ice, becoming quite hazard to get in and out of the entrance door. Last visit on 11/18/13, Phil suggested me to pay another $2800 to redo the existing driveway with 'exposed concrete' instead of coming up with corrective plan to the failed stamping. ANB Concrete does not consider their customer as priority, especially in my experience.

It was OK. I paid additional fees with a slightly bigger job. A sewer pipe collapsed and they had to cut into the concrete to get to the pipe and the guys didn't cut it straight so it needed to be redone, so they ripped that out. In our driveway we had a crack in it and they poured a little concrete in that. We also had a garage with an old foundation and we put a new door in it and there was an inch gap between the door and the bottom and they made a little concrete raise to seal the door when it closes. It felt like some of the stuff they did wasn't the best quality and also the stuff we asked him to do he went with the cheapest fix so I wouldn't trash them. The mound they made for the garage door didn't adhere to the flooring and I don't know if they didn't prep the concrete properly or if that was expected to happen so I would say it was fine. We were trying to get the house ready to get the house sold. I don't know if I would call them again if I wanted a more permanent job. The guy and his crew were impressive though. One of them was huge and he broke up the foundation manually I thought he would have used a jackhammer and all of them were very nice.
