Overall it went well, however, prices were on the higher end and not as advertised over the phone. Make sure to get firm quote, in writing or otherwise, before scheduling appointment.

They left the house cleaner than when they got there. Arrived a scheduled time. Professional. Confirmed what I needed. Didn't try to upsell. Look at other flues while they were here.
