They hired subcontractors poor quality work and they never came out and checked the work the subs did. The cement floor cracked 2 days after it was put in. The ceiling has a crack in it. They installed the wrong screen. The Roof leaked . I went on roof and caulked it my self. I called they came out and did nothing till I called the second time. I would never, never use again.

"[Member Name Removed], the category you're referring to is Roofing and we DO NOT use subcontractors for our roofing projects (that is a false statement). There is no water stain. The crack in the ceiling is a settlement crack. The roof never leaked. We used a surface mount flashing with a termination bar against the existing cable and you ([Member Name Removed]) did not want the extra expense of removing and replacing stucco to install flashing behind. The flashing was caulked before installation and the term bar was caulked twice. I returned years later and caulked the term bar again because you thought it was leaking and it was NOT leaking. A couple of months later I came back again and caulked the term bar. You are obsessed with caulking and there is no room to put any more caulking. The job was completed in January 2018. Every time you called, I was there within two days. In the construction business, a general contractor GCG hires sub-contractors to do the work he is not qualified to do. This is standard practice. The floor joint has a control joint in the cement. The slab cracked along the control joint is unfortunately not all that uncommon. Yes, the wrong screen was installed and we offered to change it but you declined. And again the roof never leaked and still does not. Anderson Brothers Inc."

They were amazing. The crew were professional and did an outstanding job. Skylight leaks are hard to fix - this company completed the work on time and no more leaks!!! We then hired them to do a reroof on another house. I can’t begin to say how good these guys are. The roof was done on time and it’s beautiful!! I highly recommend Anderson Bros Roofing.

Anderson Brothers Roofing was one of four contractors to respond to my request for two re-roof projects in 2018. I wanted a local, well established and licensed contractor to do the jobs. Anderson Bros is licensed in Florida for roofing and is also a certified general contractor, which was a bonus. AB came in the lowest out of the four (one bid was off the charts too high). I hired Anderson Bros after interviewing Mike from the company, a really good guy and knowledgeable too. Both re-roof jobs were delivered on time and on budget. Very satisfied with Anderson Brothers Roofing. Hired them to do additional insurance work that required a GC certification.
