What really set him apart was how wonderful he was with our 4-year-old son. Our son is very curious, and he took extra time to engage with him, answer his many questions, let him safely check out some of his tools, and make him feel included. That level of patience and kindness was truly appreciated and meant a lot to our family. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine kindness so well. We would absolutely hire him again for our next electrical project.

It went great! My 80 year old dad had no heat and Josh made it a point to get there and get his heat up and running asap! Even during the holidays!! Josh is thorough and uses his talents and common sense with any project. He understood why we were losing heat in a closet leading to the crawl space and made an insulated cover that immediately upon completion resolved the problem. He thought to add handles for easy removal of the trap door cover. That showed a thoughtful problem solver whom we will call upon in the future. Josh is also calm, with a good sense of humor. I can't imagine him not knowing how to fix a problem. He knows how to keep the situation light while resolving for the homeowner. This was an Angie's Deal for a flat rate. Josh used this inexpensive deal to get us hooked for other projects. Good marketing on your part and Josh's.
