Anderson Heating & Air

Anderson Heating and Air installed my units when my house was built. I joined their club to get my units inspected each year and 6 years in they tell me that my gas line and sediment trap were built wrong when they were installed. I said well y?all hooked y?all installed it so you should fix it for free. I talked to 2 different managers and they just keep blaming the plumber which makes no sense because this protects the unit from getting sediment in it. They don?t care about doing the right thing.

The tech arrived when he said he would. Even though the temperature was 5 degrees F above 0, he jumped in and did what I had requested. He was very professional, very courteous, and listened to what I had to say. He was willing to do work on my DIY mini-split system seemingly without reservation ( I had read reviews that it was extremely difficult to find anyone that would agree to work on those systems). I'm quite satisfied with this visit.

Jerry Anderson handled almost every aspect of the extensive work done. The quality of the end result far exceeds the original system we replaced. Jerry was always cost conscious and gave us excellent advice on our options. Every aspect of the work done was outstanding.

They arrived just hours after we called in and worked til late til the problem was fixed and our air was back on. <br />

Had to replace the A/C unit for our upstairs.. Called a number of contractors to bid it out.. Andersen gave me the best feel in terms of giving me a realistic set of options and not trying to hard sell any one of them(everything from replacing the coil in my old unit to replacing the unit). They also came accross as very knowledgable and trustworthy. I have dealt with a lot of A/C contractors in NWA, and there are a lot of crooks, so price was not my primary concern. However, the price for a new unit was compeititve relative to their competition (14 SEER Lenox with a new furnace).. While they came out and visited the house within 24 hours of my initial call, my one beef with them was that it ended up being a week and a half by the time they got the unit in and were able to install it.. I felt i had to call a couple of times to cajole them to get them out here.. That said, this was following the first warm spell in Arkansas, so i am sure they were busy. After the unit was installed, there was some squeeking caused by a loose baffle. I called them to have them fix it and they were out within 2 hours of the call to address it. Overall, I have been satisified with them and would use them again. Defiinitely my best experience to date and I have used quite a few (Bud Andersen, Bella Vista Heating and Air (avoid), Band B - to name a few) <br />

The best way to go with this company is to buy their and quot;gold membershipand quot; plan, or something like that. Regular visits are made for inspection. If there is an urgent matter that arises, your membership bumps you up to a priority, 24 or 48 hour visit. <br /> I used them for about 2 years. <br />

<br /> Since we are in a drought and the temperatures have been in the 100's, and this was not an emergency, Anderson Inc. made us an appointment for the 11th. On the 6th, Anderson Inc. offuce called and said they had a technician in the area and he could inspect/repair our HVAC systems on the afternoon of the 6th. The technician arrived on time and donned booties over his work shoes when he came into our home. He was professional in every respect. He checked our air conditioner (compressor, refrigerant, and air temp in the house) and heater (ducting and mechanicals) and found no problems. Finally, he recommended a few preventative maintenance tasks and offered a maintenance contract which we purchased. The technician was professional, articulate, and responsive to all our questions. We will definitely use this company for all our HVAC issues.

I have been using them for about three years. I had a problem with another company and I called up Anderson Heating and Air. I have been using them ever since. I am satisfied with their service; they are really thorough. Their price may be a little high.

They are really honest and have done good work for 40 years. I've done business with them for years. The company is family owned.

The individaul who came out was very knowledgeable and very nice. They had to replace a part on my unit and unfortunately, the part they had on the truck was faulty as well. They came out two days later and fixed it.

Called for service call. They called to make sure the directions were correct and arrived on time and went right to work. Finished the job and was on his way. Good work, reasonable price and very curteous and friendly. Would gladly recommend Anderson's to anyone. This is a family business and I have worked with them several times in the past. Always the same. Excellent.

He showed up right on time and proceeded to inspect everything from the unit outside to the unit in the attic. He thoroughly went over everything and perfomed all maintenance checks and explained everything in detail to my husband and gave us tips on how to get even better efficiency. He also informed us as to the normal wear and tear on these units. Very professional and friendly.
