We did the powder room first and we liked them so much we had them do the full baths. Their estimate was detailed and accurate. Workerswere on time, very professional, and we did not hesitate to have them working in our home while we were not there. Their supervisor checked in frequently. We had no delays during the process and each remodel was finishd in the estimated time.

Excellent service, excellent communication and extremely professional. They aim to please and did a wonderful job on my remodel. I couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful work Anderson and Rogers did in my home. I can honestly say the remodeling process was enjoyable from start to finish thanks to the excellent supervision and work provided.

Great. This company is great to work with. It is so hard to find contractors that show up and conduct themselves professionally. They were honest and straightforward and took the type to explain things. Their finished product looks amazing.

Project manager was thorough, informative, and on-top of all subcontractors used.   All change orders were fairly and economically negotiated. PM carefully listened to my wife's comments and followed through accordingly. He worked very well with the electrical and drywall contractors I contracted with separately. (I used these excellent subs previously on other projects at our Landsdowne property.) <br /> A/R was recommended by our architect and met all of the architect's specifications providing a results that exceeded expectations. All work was "on time" and to original quote plus fairly negotiated and economical minor change orders. <br /> Contract was simple and included all specifications understood at the time of signing.  There were NO SURPRISES. <br /> Three contractors bid the project. I cannot say enough positive things about this company!  They made sure we were all on the same page in terms of what we wanted done and how much it was going to cost.  No surprises anywhere!  Before they began, the put a plastic barrier on my carpet and stairs and placed heavy cardboard on my entry tile.  At the end of every single work day, they cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed up dust.  My place never really looked like a construction zone, which was wonderful.  Anytime I had questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly.  Best of all, my master bath looks AMAZING! There was so much attention to detail...things I never would have thought about.  I would not hesitate to call them for another project. <br />

It went good. I think the experience was good. <br /> I think the overall quality of work when it was finished was excellent. They did a great job keeping the rest of the house unimpacted by the remodel. <br /> The way they invoice, I know this is kind of picky but I don't like the way they invoice. Just the format is confusing. They don't get the same quality of work out of all of their employees, the people that they use. We had someone do some work and then one of the other guys come back and fix some issues with it. But other than that, it was good.

<p>We had a great experience with Anderson and Rodgers. Scott Nelson was the project manager and he had a courteous and conscientious work crew. You could tell that have worked together for some time as they were all on the same page and gave great attention to detail. They showed up promptly every morning at 7:15 a.m. and stayed until 5:00 p.m. or later if necessary. They were willing to work on Saturday if necessary. I would recommend Anderson & Rodgers without reservation.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

Outstanding job on a whole house facelift. <br />

They replaced my front door along with replacing the surrounding OSB that was rotten.  They put up new OSB and covered it in Tyvek and put in new sidelights and front door.  The workers were professional and showed up to do the work then they said they would.  The project was completed in a timely manner and they stayed true to their estimate.  I would definitely hire them for future projects. <br />

Great!  Very efficient in leveling the group and securely construction a play set for my son.

It went great.  From the first phone call to the final product.  Looks better than I ever imagined.  I live out of town and they called daily on what they were doing that day.  It did cost more than the original estimate because the tub ended up needing replacing and we hadn't included that in our original plan. <br />

Promp. Engaged. Repaired a complex issue quickly and technically well. VERY easy with which to communicate. Really terrific with which to work. Will definitely use them again.

Overall we are very happy with the work that was performed.  All the work was completed in a timely manner, and with great attention to detail.  We were kept well-informed by the project manager at every step, and any issues that came up were dealt with promptly.  We would definitely consider them again for other projects.

After talking to Teddy about the scope of each project, we discussed the cost and all that was included, start date and completion date. Teddy and his staff have been very conscientious, so we don't have to hover over them.  As with most renovation projects, we experienced a few miscommunications.  Each was very easily and peacefully resolved.  To us, these are huge benefits. <br />

I was so impressed by Scott! I will use him in my new home for any and all remodeling/repair jobs. <br /> He came quickly after my phone call, gave me an estimate on May 9, did the repairs on May 10, and painted the ceiling on May 11. He was able to re-patch one section of the ceiling, but had to cut out a large piece of the ceiling and replace the drywall. He was able to match the texture on the ceiling easily and quickly. I am selling my house, and have of course disclosed that I had a ceiling leak, but no one has even noticed the repairs. even those people who know where the problem areas are have to really look to find them. <br /> In the midst of the ceiling repair, a bathroom I had under construction sprang a leak. I didn't have the tools or supplies necessary to fix it, but Scott did! He fixed it like it was no big deal. I was very thankful! <br /> <br /> <br />

The provider worked tirelessly to complete an extraordinary job. There were problems that arose (completely out of their control) and Scott Nelson was amazing. He spearheaded the project until it was finished, communicating with us daily. I would definitely use this provider again! <br />
