Highly recommend!

I'm so happy i went with this company! Before deciding to go with Anderson's Custom Concrete and Pavers i received quotes from at least 5 other people who all had different ideas of the best way to tackle the job. I recently bought a house and the corner of the living room was 4 inches lower than the other due to a foundation drop, and we needed the floor leveled out. Mike Anderson and his crew exceeded all of my expectations and now I'm sitting in my living room looking at my beautiful new flooring and can hardly remember what my house looked like before! I will continue to use and recommend this company!

This is the most unprofessional unethical company in which I have made contact. I had a large concrete job to replace a large wooden deck and sidewalk. I was told that thy warrantied their work and did everything possible to give their customers an outstanding job and keep them satisfied. This can be no farther from the truth. After requiring a 33 % deposit they set a start date. When the start date came they did not start work until almost a month later. When the demolition was completed they required another 33%, all cash NO CREDIT CARDS! When they completed the work they told me they would repair the damage they had caused but required I pay in full the remaining 34% in cash! I have a 1.25 acre yard so they had to get behind the house. Here is a summary of what they did: 1. The color of the stamped concrete was totally different than the color we had agreed upon. The agreed upon color was beige with a dark brown border. What I got was a mud red brown everywhere that looks like it is covered in mud and needs to be pressure washed. I was told that the color of the concrete can no longer be changed. It is markedly different than what we discussed and my wife and I hate it and it is in direction violation of our contractual agreement. It looks like the concrete has dirty mud on it. 2. There are now 6 large crack that go along the entire length of the middle of the main concrete pad in multiple directions. It started less that one week after the concrete was poured and now it runs the entire length of the main pad and is widening every day. This is clearly a defect in either materials or workmanship or both and I will not accept this type of work for the $15,000 that was paid. They simply would not respond to this issue when the contract clearly stated a 1 year warranty on the work. This will end up in court to resolve the major serious defects in material and workmanship. Other issues 3. They destroyed my sprinkler system and left it for me to repair and rebuild and the cost will be significant. 4. They broke down my fence and did not repair. 5. They tore up my lawn and left it as is. I would never do business with such an unethical company. This will soon be in court to settle the issues. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

We called Michael and he was at our house providing an estimate within the hour since he was already in the area. This is refreshing since we couldn't even get in contact with some of the other people we called. This was on a Thursday. He had his crew out at our house by the end of the following week doing the prep work of setting up the framing for the concrete pads and digging them out. They hauled away all the dirt that they had to dig out to get the correct depth for the pads to be poured. At the beginning of the next week his crew were out again pouring cement and once the cement was dry the following day they were putting down the texture and staining the concrete the color we had chosen. We are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to hire Michael again or recommend him to our friends.

From start to finish Mike and his crew were professional, friendly, and did a great job on the slab. I would definitely hire Mike again for any projects that I might have.

Anderson Home Solutions is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Michael was extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests. His crew worked very hard to complete my job in time for my family to arrive. I would hire them for any other service they are able to provide for us.
