They were outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, on itme, they came early in the morning, and they were good.

They were good , on time efficient and the system was very good.

The service provided by Andgar was very good and very professional. The service tech's performed a diagnosis of the problem to determine the cause and proper repair along with cleaning of the unit and safety inspection. It was determined that the blower motor was no longer functioning and that a new motor was required. A new motor was installed and the furnace is functioning properly again. Thank You, Chris and Aaron for your professionalism and job well done.

I'm nice and toasty as I sit here and write this. It went very well. Great service, very proficient repair man and good follow up as well. What more can you ask?

The technicians were exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and they seemed to pay attention to every little detail (some that had been missed completely over the past decade by other service providers)

Not that well. They had a hard time repairing because ID tag for appliance had been removed by someone. I ended up contacting manufacture to track down model. Then they repaired.

We've been using ANDGAR CORP and they've been doing good. For the price, compared to other ones we found in the area, it was about right. I still do use their services. They're on time. They did the job. They basically did everything that they need to do. They went through... step by step they explained some of the different stuff to me that I had questions on which empowered me to if ever there's an issue right now, have gained more value of the air system so that I can do some of the minor stuff. Basically they were willing to share information which was nice.

We originally got an estimate from Erin for a heat pump for our former house.  Shortly after we got the estimate we sold our house and bought another one.  When we informed all three companies we had contacted for estimates, Erin was the only one that wished us well and thanked us for considering Andgar.  As a result, when we moved and realized we wanted an air conditioning unit installed we contacted her.  All appointments made with her and the installers and inspectors and electrician were kept on time.  Erin is very knowledgeable and gave us an education.  Everyone we have worked with from this company were very professional and "knew their stuff". <br>I would definitely, without a doubt, call them again for any work we needed done.

On both occasions the service personnel were friendly and very professional.  We even had a heating emergency where the thermostat went off during the Winter months, Oct or Nov and we called on Sunday and were given excellent service.  I would recommend Angar without hesitation. <br />

It was a bit pricey but well worth the investment.  They are extremely knowledgeable.  We compared them to several other HVDC companies and immediately saw the difference.  Both Wade and Doug are top notch guys. <br />

The service man was polite and professional.  Checked the HVAC units and cleaned the filter.  Everything checked out ok.  I will have them back for a duct work evaluation. <br />

With respect to annual service, Andgar always arrives promptly and does a thorough and professional job. <br /> With respect to the initial installation, Andgar's sales rep discussed the advantages and disadvantages of a heat pump system with us over the course of a couple of hours and satisfactorily answered all of our questions. The installation team arrived propmtly as scheduled, did the installation, throroughly tgested the system and explained its operation to us in detail. <br />

I called early in the morning. They called back within one hour and said they were on the way. Technician was very courteous and instantly diagnosed the problem at no charge. On the igniter problem I had much the same experience except it did require a charge. This happened on a Sunday and they were at my house withing two hours. Excellent company with professional, well trained technicians. <br />

Andgar's workmen arrived on time, listened to any specific concerns we had and worked non-stop for 11 hours installing our system. They explained all of it and left the garage and the outside area neat as a pin. Their competitive price, professional sales people and installers, highly rated Trane products and payment plan option make them stand above the rest.

The work the serviceman did as far as cleaning was excellent. He did not have a filter the right size for one of the furnaces, so it was supposed to be brought at the time of another service. The other service was for re-piping the gas line behind our stove in order to make it fit closer to the wall. I was charged that day for the current service as well as the same service for the next year. This was offered, not mandatory, but was offered at a discounted rate. It also was supposed to give me a discount for on-call service which included weekend coverage I signed up. <br /> Two or three days after the visit, I noticed one of the furnaces was not operating. When I called, I was told it would need to wait until the next day. Fortunately, I have a gas fireplace which heated the area anyway. I also explained that I had not heard about the scheduling for the next service on the gas pipe behind the stove yet. The next day, the serviceman arrived and left me a note apologizing for his failure to turn the furnace back on. Nothing was mentioned about replacing the filter. I guess I need to check that. Also, I have yet to hear about re-piping the gas line behind the stove. Since it will be quite an endeavor, I have now hired someone else. I need to have this done before Thanksgiving. I regret having purchased service from them for next year. Sorry. <br />

Tech arrived promptly at the beginning of the 2 hour window. Gave the furnace a thorough cleaning and inspection. Answered several questions and educated me on the furnace in this home. If the need arises, I will use again. <br /> <br /> <br />

My experience overall went very well. The furnace filter ended up needing changed. They were very responsive to my phone companies when the other companies were not. The staff was very professional as well as the technician. The pricing was reasonable and I did not feel over charged. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Went very well. They removed the oil furnace without spilling a drop of oil. Kept all areas very clean. Very patient in explaining operation of new furnace, filters and thermostat.

What I like about them is their responsiveness. The man came out and identified the problem quickly. He was very professional and he was on time. I think it is a really nice company. I will absolutely use them again.

They were extremely helpful. My furnace broke in the middle of a cold spell. They came out the next day.
