Mike was wonderful to deal with.   He returned out call right away, and spent a lot of time explaining what he would do. <br /> Last summer, after a mulch delivery, we were invaded with clover mites...trillions of them...  After reading up on them, we learned that they will go under the shingles of a house and lay eggs, and that we would have more this year than last year. <br /> Mike to the rescue! <br /> He came exactly when we asked him to, and used chemicals that would take care of them for the season, but that would not be harmful to our pets.  This was our main concern, but we found out right away that Mike is a pet lover like us, and it was easy to put our trust in him. <br /> I highly recommend him.  We will always use him for any kind of pest control <br />

<p>We have used this company a few times over the last few years with no issues. However this time my 94 year old mother called on a Sunday for  bees nest.  I believe that it was the owner she was dealing with this time. Although he did come out immediately and destroy the nest. My mother was not totally happy with the work. First he used my mothers spray bomb and he did not do a good job cleaning up the nest. And since he charged $150 she thought he should have done a better job. My sister called to discuss,  the owner was rude and belligerent. Although we did not ask for a refund he said he would refund her money, however we have never heard from him again.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Bottom line, less than professional performance and worst of all extremely rude, do not use.  I feel bad saying this because when we dealt with his employees they were great.</p> <br />

I have used this service twice before.  Mike is very professional and prompt. Once was to remove hornets nest.  Another time <br /> was to capture some skunks that made a home in my backyard.  I found this last service a bit pricey.  So although I recommend, I said no because, I would have to shop around next time for the best price. <br />

Very professional, everything went well.  Only negative was that I had scheduled it for 2:00 when I would be home and they came at 9:30.  But they were there within an hour after I called to finish and do the inside. <br />

So great. After 45 minutes of trying to catch the live squirrel in our fireplace , and succeeding only in making him very mad we called Mike at 10 pm on a Saturday night in a snowstorm. He was so nice , and calmly asked us some questions and then said he would see us in 1/2 an hour. Half an hour later , there he was. He had to extricate Mr. Squirrel who had by that time gotten his head firmly stuck in some little crevice. After about 15 minutes, he got him free and then caught him and took him out. Mike was so nice, so professional and charged us a very very reasonable price. Highly recommend. <br />

Things did seem better but it was the ants and they came back within a couple of weeks. They said it would be a couple of weeks until it fully worked so we waited the two weeks and it seemed like they were increasing again. So we did call them and they did come back out and they used something stronger and it does seem to have helped. I think they tried to use as caustic as possible the first time. They did their job. The price was reasonable.

Although they were very late and difficult to reach to ascertain when they would arrive, the work was done well. If under a time crunch, I wouldn't use their service. <br />
