It went okay, but the caulking needed to be re-done a year later.

Andrea is a careful and conscientious craftswoman. She is detail-oriented and takes pride in her work. The job she did for us transformed a 20-year-old bathroom from a space that was looking somewhat shabby and run-down (cracked and stained grout, stained silicone caulking) into a much cleaner, newer-looking bathroom. In addition, she showed up when she said she would, and throughout the job she was accessible by phone.

Our showers had some areas of cracked grout/caulking, and Angela did a great job of removing the old and replacing it with perfectly matched grout and making the showers look brand new again. She made 3 different trips to our house to work on projects. She was generous with her time and knowledge- sharing her opinions and recommendations, while trying to help us choose the most economical/logical solutions.

It went very well. Andrea is a very friendly outgoing personality. She was clearly well skilled and experienced. She explained everything step by step that should be done to achieve the results we were seeking. She delivered exactly as promised and we look forward to using her again should the need arise.

Andrea was very professional and great at what she does. She is a perfectionist and does superlative work. What really impressed me was that she took the time to show me and teach me what tools I should use and how to do a job myself.

It took a bit longer than expected, but overall it went very well. Our shower looks like new, and all of the cleaning, caulking, and grouting has a professional, finished look.

Andrea knows her tile and materials for working with it. She's pleasant and confident. It took three visits for a job that seemed rather small to me, and the overall charge of over $300 seemed expensive. I had not gotten an estimate from anyone else, so I have no basis for comparison. I'd certainly recommend her for craftsmanship, but possibly not for competitive price.

Good...grout looks like new

Andrea was very particular about her work - getting the right grout color and type. It took several emails and visits to the house to determine this but she put the same amount of care into the reqrouting which resulted in a good but time consuming job. I paid extra to have her clean mildew from old grout which, unlike me, she was able to do. Her need for perfection, however, put pressure on me to do more than I planned at additional charge.150

Great. She was upfront about costs, time, scheduling. A meticulous worker. You can't go wrong.

She is nice, knows her business and is helpful. However, she was only able to remove a total of eight bathtub tiles and needed to reschedule to finish the job. I ended up using another service provider.

She came in and did her job. She was very disciplined. She was doing a lot more than I thought was needed. She was supposed to clean up the tiles in my shower room and re-grout them, and while doing that, she was hitting so hard, that the tile work outside the shower room got broken. It was a very small area, but she kind of like didn't recognize that or take responsibility of that. I would have loved to have her say, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, I will fix it, I will take care of it," but she kind of took credit for it saying that, "You know what there was so much damage inside this is why it happened," and then she said it was loose. Maybe it was loose, but it wasn't that loose that it would get broken that way, so I had to call an outside service for $100 to have them fix somewhat and she was kind of telling me if I'm willing that she could come another day and do that fixing job and I was not interested. So overall the job she was doing that day, she did good, I have no question on that, but the damage that happened basically made me a lot of work. On the own job that is concerned, I would give her high quality. She sent me an email asking for me back, so she was fine on responsiveness. She might do very good for other people, it was just a small incident.

Andrea is a true craftswoman! She meticuouslly restores the grout by hand, beginning with the cleaning through all steps to a final sealed finish. During the process, she explains what is being done and educates you regarding the process. Her expert work is done with a reasonable price and concern about the cost to you. Great results!
