ANDREWS CARPET CLEANING

Many things had changed since I last purchased carpet. However, the staff was very helpful answering questions when I tried to compare and understand the qualities that each carpet company offered . The installers also did a good job and they were easy to work with .

They didn't do any spot or stain treatment. Service visit was very fast (too fast). Odor was not even remotely gone. It smelled as if only water used, no soap. I ended up buying my own expensive carpet cleaner and it did a way better job getting up the odor and stains. The staff were very prompt, polite and the price was good. It was the quality of service that was disappointing.

Very good experience. Team that cleaned were professional, friendly and accommodating. They took very ugly carpet and bought a few more years life. This company is who we use next time. <br />

I think the result of the cleaning was very good. I think the 2 gentlemen who provided the service were excellent, They were friendly <br /> professional and knowledgeable. They should be commended, especially John. I rated Amdrews a D on responsiveness because this was the second time I've ordered their services through Angies List and neither time did they respond to me until I either called them or reported them to Angie. Thus the cleaning was not done on the days I requested. The excuse given on both occasions was they hadn't checked their e-mails.I would hope that someone would correct this. <br />

The crew was very professional and completed the job properly. They were clean and neat. These folks had all the proper equipment for the job and were experienced in its use. They were friendly and courteous. A+++ <br />

There were stains on this carpet when we moved in that I thought were permanent. This company was able to remove most of them, or reduce the appearance of the worst areas. The men were very pleasant and professional. The price was very reasonable especially given that they put a lot of effort into getting rid of the stains. I would recommend them to anyone. <br />

Looked for a reliable vendor on Angie's list, contacted them, received quote and scheduled service.

Very professional appointment. Came in and cleaned / deodorized carpet as well as spot leaning a few other spots. Would definitely use again <br />

.Everyone I talked to at Andrews was professional and very courteous,especially Michelle. I booked the service through Angies list but did not hear back from Andrews and had to call them directly when they failed to contact me as promised. They were apologetic and a date for service was agreed upon. After that everything went well They even moved all furniture which I didn't expect and usually costs more from my experience with other cleaners.The carpet looked great after the cleaning and I will use them again. <br />

I had a few spots of unknown origin, since I hadn't been living in the house over the past year.  Steve tried his best to remove them; some were impossible as the carpet was damaged, but some that I didn't think he could remove were completely gone.  The carpet dried quickly and left no odor.  It feels wonderful now to walk or sit on the carpet.  It was a professional job start to finish and they exceeded my expectations. <br />
