Watch out! Andy was great at first, but never finished the job. It has been a year since this began, Andy still has materials that belong to me and are needed to complete my garage door project. My garage fills with water and snow because the trim and seal have never been completed. For awhile he responded to my calls and texts and acted like he was coming back, We have had at least a dozen dates scheduled for him to show up and complete the job, I’ve taken time off work and had the area ready for him each time, but he never shows, never let’s me know he’s not going to be there, and when I call him (if he actually answers) there is always another excuse. At this point he has stopped answering my calls and doesn't respond to my texts or voicemail. I've had slow contractors before, but this is the absolute worst and most frustrating contractor experience ever!

Andy never completed the job. It has been six months and he has materials I purchased and still need to complete the project. Andy made excuses for awhile, but always acted like he was coming back, so I was patient. It has now been 6 months and he doesn't respond to text or email and I'm stuck with a partially finished job that I need to buy more materials for and pay someone else to complete!

The day the crew arrived they did a great job. We ordered the wood grain door and also the decorative hinges. They were almost done when my husband told me to come out and look at the doors. I realized that the decorative hinges did not match on the two doors. On the smaller door the hinges were placed a panel higher than on the two car door. We made the decision to order a new panel for the small door and have the decorative hinges match as they should be. The owner was fine with that and said it was their fault and they would correct it and get the panel ordered immediately. It has now been over 4 months, the mistake has not been taken care of and it has come to the point that the owner will not return our calls, and is totally ignoring us. Our mistake was paying him in full and expecting he was a professional and would stand behind what was promised. We are not asking for anything that was not promised to us. We feel bad about writing this review, but there is nothing else we can do. If he corrects the mistake and finally gets back to us, we will definitely write another review.

Andy and AJ did a great job. They were personable and professional. Worked together well. They took there time to make it look new. Knowledgeable about what they were doing and did not have any surprises. Completed the replacement and made it look so much better than what was there. I will definitely have them come back for another project I have planned.

Andy’s garage Door Repair & Handy Service tuned up the garage door (replacing the rollers, doing various adjustment, etc.) and replaced the broken torsion spring. The field service technicians were very professionals, friendly, and over all good guys. The Total cost was very reasonable and I was very happy with it, the work, and with the response time and time it took them to do the work. The door now is quieter operation, and I am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Andy’s Door repair.

Called Andy in the morning, discussed the problem, and had an appointment scheduled for installation of next a new opener - they could have come the same day, if it had worked with my schedule! The guys arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and took care of business installing the new unit, and tuning everything up. Very friendly and fast service. I have used these guys twice for unrelated garage door issues and highly recommend them!

Excellent work. DJ and (sorry, forgot your name), arrived when promised. He went right to work and was done in about 2hours. The door works perfectly and it was much more affordable, than the $700+ quote from another company.

Outstanding Job! Andy and AJ went above and beyond in their inspection and replacement of our garage door opening system. Our garage door was jammed in the full up position and a major spring was broken. Our garage door went from a clanking rust bucket to purring like a kitten. I would gladly hire Andy and AJ to get the job done promptly and at a fair and reasonable price.

They did a great job on a project that was rather difficult and complex. I had to get special approval to put in an electric door. They had to put in special tracks that went around the rafters among other things. It was a winter job and they worked through the icy cold, too! They did a beautiful job and I'm highly impressed! I would highly recommend them.

Andy and his son are the most dedicated and hard-working professionals that I have ever worked with! I would HIGHLY recommend Andy's Garage Door & Handyman Service to anyone needing a garage door install. Andy worked with me, as I needed a specific date and time for the installation ~ an afternoon start time. Due to unforeseen circumstances (a rotten header that needed to be replaced before the door could be installed), the job took longer than anticipated. Andy purchased the needed materials and stayed on the job until almost 10:00pm on a Friday night! What dedication! The door is now beautiful and runs smoothly!

Andy returned my call VERY quickly, and set up a service time the same week. He and his work mate arrived and got to work immediately, taking care of the issue and more - all at the quoted price. Would recommend for any garage related repairs! Also plan to try them for future handyman services. Good guys.

I have been a General Contractor for many, many years. I found Andy just over a year ago and he does all my garage door installations. He uses only quality materials - pricing is very fair. Andy has exceptional communication skills - he is responsive to my calls and questions and usually can get to my jobs immediately or same day service.
