"This is an issue that was caused by the client. They tried to negotiate the price down from the beginning. We did our best to save them money but unfortunately, they kept adding them to the job expecting their changes to be free. In addition, the changes required approval of revised plans that took time to accomplish and were beyond our control. Inclement weather caused flooding that needed to be rectified during the wait for plans and approvals. Beside the house is old house had brick outside concrete block, NO insulation To bring up to building code we had to frame entire house not just the addition insulated. Roff had damage we had to fix ad new plywood. Bay the time the modified blueprint come back from city With approval from the inspector I framed in the house, After framing I vas finishing the infills and connections between old and new part They decided to hire a cheaper contractor in mid-job. That work failed city inspection 3 times. Their complaint stems from the fact that we could not do the work for the price they wanted to pay. Their claim about theft if a pure fabrication. If there was any theft, the police would have been called. They were not! This statement about theft is defamatory and actionable. It is a complete fabrication and a lie! Please disregard it. It simply is not true. We only do work that meets city building codes and we do not cut corners. Unfortunately, that is exactly what this customer wanted us to do and is unhappy that we will not do that. I got pictures and videos in daily basis it can be proven from there what we did Don?t forget I was not paid fully. and the canopy blueprint at side door I paid the engineer. Drawing material labor After November you stopped the paycheck, I still helped you till February."
"This job was a disaster from the first day. The client kept changing the requirements daily and expected us to make the changes at no cost and without affecting the deadline. The electrical issues he is alluding to started from the fact that he objected to the use of a licensed electrician who happens to be black. He wanted a white electrician. He states that there was no approval of the electrical work. In fact was. The client was continuously calling Hydro As we told after 10-days will be answer. Wich, they did Needed to pay for Panel upgrade. Wy did not told him. After Lots of complain I gad second licensed Electrician, the same story second day call Hydro the client is not talking trough the phone was yelling screaming ??hi es a layer did not apply start to send messages to electrician he explained once, but everyday calls messages get him upset Telling him if one mor call or message he will cancel and walk away. After the panel change did not want to continue with the client telling me they are impossible asking me way I stay. So I called 3-d electrician he was working north and having inspections but we continuously kept talking about the project I prepared everything so at the day he come it was ready for preliminary checkup and call the inspection. At that day he not allowed to continue. So Is he Responsibility. As we started the work previous tenant broke the walls in meany places we fond cut wire in the wall under power and un protected. Since the drywall vase of I mapped up the wires and knowing al that was easy for making it safe. I am Electrician in Europe but no local licensed I Hierd 3 Licensed electrician According to Client All layers. Proper authorities were on site and approved the work The client liked to be a sidewalk inspector and thought he knew how everything should be done. He interfered with the work and wasted our time discussing his opinions. -Popcorn ceiling removed Skim coated ceiling Done -Fix up walls new drywall tape done - removed walls done -redirect heating pipe -Redirect central vacuum pipes done -extra holes for wiring and Pot lights was done -Painted to levels Done -Kitchen paint base coat -Re frame 3- closet install new doors -Install new doors in the bathroom and bedroom Bathtub installed tiled surrounding done. I framed the wall according to front wall 90-degree The outside wall was of with 1.(not 90-degree) -Turn closet into bathroom done I Framed in the original place the separation wall Done As we were working was ok When the cabinets were ordered it supposed to be little bit different Tiled Sone (complain because of slope at shower I had ¼ off level bulb) I demonstrated is working good, But According to client the level has to go completely out he showed me video 2%-was enough So I removed the shower base And I redan according As I vas Asked. Then Yelling and Screaming The client supposed to tell me how to fix-it. I could continue But just nonsense I had the most Abusive job site The workers were running out As they come. When I told them Ok we Are out they Sad Finaly they showed happiness. The entire job was screwed up because his constant changes required us to undo many steps and to also waste building materials that had to be ripped out doe to his changes. He cancelled the contract before it could be completed. This meant that another contractor had to step in. Naturally that meant extra costs and delays that the client was not happy to pay. This was a very complex project that was made more complex by the client. He is the sole reason for the unhappy situation. We have photos and documents to back up everything here."
"I'm Sorry but u my mistaken with somebody I didn't took any job at this time in Hamilton u most be mistaken Ho are u there is no name?"
"In the basement, we found an old copper pipe drain system. At that time when I asked you if you wanted to change and upgrade to the new system, because the price was high, it was not accepted. So, I had to buy a transition connector, so I could connect the new with the old. 2-3 months after, you called me because the basement was flooded. After I saw what the problem is, I identified the transition coupling that came apart. This is a factory-made transition from copper to ABS coupling. It cannot be made or glued, just factory-made. At the store where they sell them, I was told that 60% of these are not good, but they do not take responsibility for it, they just sell them. Since is not my fault, for the flood, I offered my help to fix the drywall and change the laminate, I asked you just to buy the materials and I will fix it. Besides refusing it, you started to blame me for everything, despite I proved it was not my fault for that reason I did not go back."
