Their services were great. They were quick, professional. They came out the same day to give me a quote. Once that was confirmed, their team came out and knocked out the work very quickly. They confirmed which side we wanted them to put the cuttings on and did everything ready for bulk trash. There were 3 or 4 workers. It was a very very tall branch of a tree. They assented themselves to trim down another tree since they saw it was about to become a code violation. They were kind of pro active about it which was really nice.  <br /> <br /> There's not much I would recommend for improvement. They were extremely professional. It was all done same day. Then with the stress of just moving into a house and getting a letter that we're in violation of code, they helped us with the process. The previous owners had 2 other notices that they just disregarded. So once we got it we took care of it. I called for quotes and I mentioned I was an Angie's List member and I don't know but it seems like everyone just kicked up their business when I mentioned Angie's List. It was really nice.

They came out, gave the quote and were able to provide the work all in the same day.  Great clean up and great team.  Will use for all future work.  Great company.

I had a large limb that fell during one of the recent storms.  The heavy end was still 25 feet up in the tree.  I messaged this provider through Angie's list, and they were knocking on my door within the hour to look over the job.  The quote was reasonable and when I asked how soon they could start he said they could start that moment.  30 minutes later the limb was cut up and stacked neatly at the curb for bulk trash pickup. Cleanup was beyond expectations. I will certainly contact Andy's tree service the next time I need help.

Chad and his crew are awesome.  They arrived a bit earlier than I expected, which was great for me.  It was a team of 4 guys and lots of sawing equipment.  They got to work around 8:30 in the morning.   <br /> They started with the front yard tree and trimmed from the top.  Everything went well without any problems and they had the tree down in about 2 hours.  They left a bit of the trunk there to switch to the backyard tree in an attempt to beat the incoming rain storm that was looming.  They didn't quite make it and the storm came in during the cutting of the 2nd tree.  I thought for sure we were going to have to split the work and reschedule, but Chad waited the 15-20 minutes for the storm to pass and his crew was able to cut the 2nd tree down with only a minor nick to some bricks; this was not a big deal.  With how big these trees were and the limited space in my yard, the fact that there was barely any damage at all was awesome.  There was no damage to the power lines. <br /> The crew finished up the remainder of the trunk in the front yard and began cleaning everything up.  During this time, Chad went ahead and offered to chop down these two little 6ft trees that was near my fence and house.  He didn't charge me extra for the work, and I was very happy.  They cleaned up promptly and left my backyard cleaner than when they started and everything was packed and organized in the front, ready for city pickup.   <br /> For the price and quality of the work, I couldn't be happier.  I could not recommend these guys more. <br />

It went great. Treton, and two others in his crew trimmed 3 trees. All of the limbs were stack in front of house next to street for easy pick up. The job was done fast and efficient in about 2 hours and those 3 trees look better than ever. I would use Andy's Tree Service in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. <br />

Andy's tree service returned my call same day and were able to accommodate my schedule. The team showed up as scheduled and phoned me to let me know when they were on the way. They were on site for half a day, had a tree climber and did a ton of thinning out and trimming back of these overgrown trees in my front yard. The trees look great, retain their shape, and still provide shade. For the amount they cut back, the time it took, having a climber on site, etc. the price I paid was fair and comparable to similar services I had done at a previous home I owned. I will definitely use Andy's tree services again. <br />

The service went excellent. They were very friendly professional guys. They were able to get in to a narrow space between my fence and my neighbors to pull some very thick vines. I didn't think it was possible. The wood fence was 6 feet high that they had to go over. I was impressed by their work and I thought it would cost more.

Andy answered the call and had his team out the same day to do the work.  They were very prompt, courteous, and efficient in getting the work done.  The price was fair for the number of trees that needed attention. <br />

Received a fair estimate in the afternoon, and the next morning they had a crew on the job by 9 am in order to take advantage of the city's bulk pickup day.  The foreman and crew were professional, courteous, and did a great job.  I could tell he knew his trees and I immediately trusted his advice and how to trim ours in a healthy and aesthetic way.  I would recommend Andy's to anybody. <br />

The foreman contacted me en-route and arrived on schedule. The project was completed in a timely manner per the estimate given during a prior walk-through. Both he and his crew were professional and hard working. No drama; got the job done. <br />

Once again, these guys did an incredible job!  They trimmed away some scrub and leaning branches, and all within 20 minutes of arriving.  Absolutely first-rate! <br />

They were right on time, started right away, and a couple of hours later I had two beautifully-trimmed trees, and the cut branches were stacked on the parkway as neatly as if God Himself had done it.  Truly excellent service! <br />

Excellent job. Excellent communication via phone, text messages and Angie's List messaging. Tony and team provided excellent suggestions in terms of how to trim a very overgrown tree. Especially useful since we are selling the home and it was barely visible from the street due to low-hanging branches. Tree branch haul-away was not part of the deal I purchased, but the placed branches curbside so City bulky trash pick up could take it away. When the team was finished, I could tell they had a lot of pride in the work they done. They even lightly trimmed (at no extra charge) a crepe myrtle which was leaning into my roof line. Highly recommended. <br />

They worked me into their schedule within 1 1/2 of me calling them. Team arrived introduced themselves by name, <br /> and set straight to work. Assessed the issue and made some other suggestions on future areas of the tree. Tied the large limb cutting into sections as they progressed. Very careful in the manner they were doing things. Placed everything on the curb cleaning up after themselves. He even blew some existing leaves down that were in the gutter. Very impressed with the crew. Would not hesitate to use again in the future. <br />

They were organized, worked well together, and did a good job.  Did what they said they would do.  Good clean up. <br />

A bad storm knocked a 15 foot limb from my tree onto my power line. I called Andy's Tree Service on a Saturday. Tony answered the phone; told me they were working an emergency but based on my circumstances, he'd be there later in the day. By the time they arrived Oncor had removed the limb from the power line. Tony and his partner cut the limb and removed it to the street. He then gave me a very reasonable estimate to cut down the tree and returned the following Monday. A 40 ft tree was down in about 3 hours. Everyone was very professional, courteous and prompt. I am very, very pleased with the work done and the manner in which everything was accomplished. I highly recommend Andy's Tree Service. <br />
