"I’m not sure what you mean by did eventually remove the tree I told you we were booked out one month and I was there within two weeks two weeks sooner than I told you and we had the tree cut up and cleared within three days only reason it took so long is because the tractor broke down and I had to get it fixed we loaded the rest up by hand And then you asked me to clear a section of property that was all overgrown failing to mention that it was state owned property that I could’ve gotten in big trouble for doing which you didn’t tell me until after the fact I did it which I did not charge you for because I told you I would remove the stump but the stump weighed about 12,000 pounds and was still halfway connected to the ground there was absolutely no way to remove that So I did not charge you for clearing the land and we left it at that as Even"
