Perfection! Ed was polite, considerate, and professional in all aspects. I received a detailed report with pictures of all maintenance checks and feel confident my 11 year old unit will perform to a high standard for another year. We also were able to get a “early bird” special price and were scheduled a week later. All in all, another great experience.

After (JUST) edging out a competitor, on pricing, A New Image did a fine job with both the outdoor and indoor elements of adding A.C. to our building system (including quickly addressing some post-install system shutdown issues that turned out to be a switch failure in work done by others). Hight recommend!

A New Image installed a new furnace and A/C on behalf of The Home Depot. The initial insulation work was okay, although, I had to have them come back out and "straighten" some of the new duct work they installed (it was crooked.) However, the A/C unit never worked properly. I had them come out over 25 times to fix this problem over a 2 year period and they never fixed it. They eventually told me they were no longer going to help me and that I would have to find a new service company to deal with - this was still under warranty and never worked from the first day they installed it. Their salesman lied and said I would get 3 years of seasonal maintenance (fall and spring) on the units; which was one of the reasons I went with this company. The first time I called for them to come out, they sent me a bill for $89.00. When I told them what their salesman told me, they said "he no longer works here because of things like that" and refused to honer his commitment. I ended up calling the maker of the furnace (Train) and finding a new company to work on my A/C, they recommended L/K. This company came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour and it has been working perfectly ever since! An lubricant needed to be added to the coolant to keep the internal works from "gumming up," there was a notice sent out by Train to all installers to do this - apparently, A New Image didn't read the bulletin sent out by the manufacturer. Dealing with this company was a nightmare, they refused to honor their salesman's agreement, they didn't keep up to date on the manufacturer's products they install, and they abandoned their customer (after receiving almost 13k for the job) when they didn't know how to fix the problem. I highly recommend you stay away from them.

We've been using New Image for many years. We use them twice a year. It goes from okay to very, very, very good, it depends on the person. We get the fall cleaning and the spring tune up. We started using them many years ago because someone we knew used them. We have some loyalty to them. They're generally very responsive, generally. Their punctually is generally very good. They're generally very professional. There was one office screw up, it was not a major deal, but that was a couple of years ago. I can't remember the exact date, I wasn't home. It seems like they postponed it because it was cold.

They did not pay for damages. I am still contemplating taking them to small claims court. But I live in Florida and it would be hard to schedule. STAY AWAY from this firm

New Image has serviced my furnace and central air conditioning unit for two years. Very reliable.  <br /> <br /> <br /> The technician Nick, was on time and very polite and professional.  He asked me if I had any problems with my furnace.  I told him about a problem with the humidifier.  He told me of a simple fix for the problem. I was very grateful. He did not try and sell me something I really did not need. I appreciate his honesty.  <br /> <br /> <br /> Nick checked my central air unit and told me everything was fine.  <br /> <br /> <br /> I will continue to use New Image because of the great customer service I have experienced from those I talk to in the office and the technicians that come to my home.

They were prompt and respectful.  They had a good price and they could show me what the problem was.  They also showed me some maintenance things I can do on my own.  They also did the initial installation of the unit.

Very punctual and highly professional. From the sales visit to the installation, great communication and excellent service. Mardy the sales man was highly professional and very personable and explained everything in detail, answered every question, making sure I understood each piece of equipment to be installed and what to expect the day of installation. The installers were very courteous and polite, worked very fast and did an excellent job on the installation. Everything was installed quickly and they cleaned up so well you can hardly tell they were here. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again when it is time to replace the furnace and for annual check ups. <br />

Used home depot contact to pay in home depot gift cards from giant eagle. I went the whole summer without paying for gas for my car! <br />

We were very pleased from the beginning presentation to the gas line install and all the way through to the furnace and air conditioning install. This was all accomplished during the very cold and snowy weather. The owner even called me on his vacation to ensure that everything was going according to our expectations. My wife and I would strongly recommend this company. <br />

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product. I was super impressed with the installers. They were punctual, knew their product, kept everything clean, and were professional. I did experience sticker shock, though. I was surprised that I didn't receive a follow up call from the company after installation. I paid for an extension on my breaker, which I didn't need and wasn't done. I left a message with my salesman and did not receive a call back. I spent a small fortune, and expected better customer service. If I were grading on installation alone, I'd give them an A+. But the lack of a follow up was disappointing.

Well, they came on time which is a bonus.  They were very professional and courteous.  They first, broke down my old furnace and began to install my new furnace/central air.  I was told it would be a lot of noise but I didn't mind.  It was worth it.  They replaced the gas line, installed new piping, coils, thermostat, ducting, insulation, refrigerant piping, condensate drain and pump, air cleaner installed, and other materials.  They also checked the low voltage and line voltage, started up the furnace to make sure its in good working order, checked out the air conditioner or heat pump, and all foundation penetrations sealed.  They cleaned up their work area and removed trash.  I was given the homeowners manuals and was instructed in how to operate the humidistat, thermostat, and clean or change the filters.  I would just like to stay that I'm very impressed with their work.  I'm very hard to impress but this was very impressive.  My new furnace and central air looks terrific and I can't wait to turn on my furnace.  I really can't wait until next summer, my central air. <br />

They did a great job. They said they'd be here at 8:00 in the morning and they were here at 8:00 in the morning. They worked for about 4-5 hours and did everything that they said they were going to do. They're very professional people. Before I had the air conditioner put in, they sent a supervisor that talked to me about what would be done, how it would be done, and what the cost would be. Everything was detailed and clear to me so that I would understand the process and the cost. They also took care of going to Shaker Heights to make sure that I have the appropriate permits to do it and they did it in the time allotted that they said they would and was done well. They even did something extra that I was not anticipating. I have an air humidifier that was not in appropriate place and they moved it and put it where it should be without my having to even ask them so that was really nice that they did that because it has been put in a bad place. They're a very good company. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I think they were right in the ballpark because I did check with some other sources. They were not exorbitantly high. I will use them again and I'll recommend them to someone else.

I contacted the company to look at my 12 year old furnace which was not working. The repair tech showed up and was able to determine that a blocked condensation drain had allowed water to back up into some switches and cause damage to them. The cost to replace them and another component were more than half the cost of a new furnace.  The decision was made to replace the existing furnace. The company services mostly residential and light commercial, this appealed to me. The showed up as planned and went about their job, and at the end of the day I had a new furnace. The old one was hauled away and the job site was left as clean as they found it. Great Job! <br />

I received an estimate and it was very resonable based on the size and type of A/C required for my house.  I plan to provide a report after work is completed. <br />
