They called and texted right away to clarify the project and our needs. They were quick and upfront on costs and still able to get us in ASAP, as we couldn't open our garage after coming home from a trip.
Originally we were just going to replace the spring (and their price was very reasonable), but we decided to go ahead and replace the entire unit and opener because it was 20 years old and noisy. They were happy to fix the spring alone, but we asked for the full door replacement. They were still able to get us in the same timeframe. We contacted them Monday morning and by Tuesday night had a new, better door installed!
We also appreciated that this is a small company, so we dealt directly with the owner and his wife. He removed the old one and installed the door himself with a helper in just a few hours.

They arrived about an hour earlier than I expected. Very good! They had a little trouble with finding my house as the operator mis read the instructions.
They checked the garage door opener and found that it was acting correctly even though the door wouldn’t go down. They checked the wiring to the door but the door wouldn’t move. So they checked the attachment places and found that staples had been run through the wire . After running new wire, all worked fine
They knew what to do.
They were very courteous. They called their office to ask what the charge would be and came back to me and said the bill would be $200.

I called them at 7:00 pm and, to my surprise, they said that they could be at our home at 9:00 pm. My garage door cable had broken and the door could not be raised. They did an amazing fast job and by 10:00 the repair was done. Their price was extremely reasonable and I will definitely use them for all future garage door maintenance and repair projects. I also will be recommending them to everyone who I know!

They cleaned up all the left over debris, and went over how to use and install the app for the opener. They really did a great job and were very kind. I will use them for any future garage services.
