They were way late on arriving and messed up our time plan for later. They didn’t fully read the boxes. There were several that said kitchen but underneath that said garage. We were storing our things as the house is a furnished air bnb. We borrowed a two wheeler to out them all back in the garage. Only the pictures were to go I the house and the bins that said pictures.

"thank you for your review. We went by the directions of your husband where boxes needed to be placed. boxes that stated kitchen were advised to be placed in the garage. As for time frame one our employees apologized for that mishap on account they had technology issues briefly with the gps. please in the future when writing a review please get the information correct. When the employees are given direction by the customer the go by the guidance to please the customer. You were not present and better instructions for the employees should have been given. When our company or employees are in the wrong we will apologize BUT when when all the facts are not stated we will state the facts in the matter and back our employees."

It took from 10am until 8 pm to move from Carthage to Gallatin. They used two teenagers as movers, and three adults. They did try hard, but they broke items, used a rented uhaul(and charged way too much to me, the customer) for their services, since they were not all professionals. It was exhausting. They also vaped throughout the whole moving process. If you need a little moved, they might be a good choice. If you have a major move, I definitely would not use them. They wanted me to leave a bed which they said they would pick up the next day because they needed a bed. I left it, letting them know it HAD to be gone by 4 pm before the new owners moved in. They failed to move it before 4pm. O had to have another man come and pick the bed and a few other items up to get them gone before 4 and pay him as well. They charged me 1700(200 something deposit) for a move that was unprofessional and lasted the entire day with items broke and vaping near my items. I would have complained that day, but I had to be out ASAP, and I needed the job done. I wasn't sure if I could find another set of movers on the same day.

"Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the item that was damaged you were advised about (which was a lid for a pan) also which was offered to be replaced and you declined. As for the U-Haul being used, this company is also a U-Haul dealer which we as well have to rent out. You had an extraordinary amount of items that were not packed, like the pots and pans that you had placed in garbage bags that we had to go up 3 flights of stairs for at your dropoff along with other items. We apologize you were not satisfied with your service provided and hope that you have better luck in the future."

This was a seamless moving experience they were very efficient and careful with my belongings I would definitely recommend them for all your moving needs. They were very professional and friendly and took great care wrapping furniture etc. Again, great experience.
