Concrete Flatwork - Repair & Resurface

Angel did not complete the project. They called me at work to tell me they were finished and sent someone to my office to collect payment following the initial deposit. When I got home I noticed they left a power tool/battery charger on the front porch plugged in and the concrete work was not finished. I called to tell them the tools was there and asked when they were going to finish the work. I have not had a return call. I cannot recommend this company.
