Angelic Cleaning

Very professional and courteous. Quality work...I purchased this as a gift for my aunt and she was very pleased with the work and the workers.

I had paid in full for the cleaning. However, I have reached out via email and phone and can not get a reply from this company. No return emails and no return calls. I had paid $199, but once I tried to schedule the cleaning- I can't reach them. Not sure what to do now.... my first Angie's List experience....not a positive one.

It was alright. They did an ok job, they missed a couple of things here and there but overall, it was ok. It was worth the money. It went quickly.

Unfortunately the service was never performed. I explained that I have three dogs and requested that they send more than one person to help expedite the job. The appointment was for 9:30 at 9:45 no one showed up... I called and got voice mail...10:00 still no one ... I finally get a call back and I'm told that the one of the people had been in a car accident and that was the reason for the delay. Now only one person was coming and he would arrive in 15 minutes. 10:30 still no one! I understand that accidents happen but there was no communication unless I called and then I always got voice mail. Very disappointing since I explained my situation to her.

The appointment was missed and no work was done. I am out the money unless some one can contact me about this.

The first thing was that they arrived without a vacuum. What if I hadn't had one? They said they did not know that they were cleaning blinds, so no ladder or step stool. Luckily I had one. We left for an hour or so and when I came back I asked if he had vacuumed and he said yes. It didn't look like it. He didn't use my vacuum the correct way. Again they should have brought one with them. Everything seemed to be ok as they were leaving.i should have checked everything. Then I went through the house. The canisters weren't wiped down and a few things on counter were not put back where they were. None of my toiletries on my sink in master bath were straightened and put back. The two glass end tables in living room were not cleaned. Two bedroom night stands weren't dusted. My husband vacuumed the carpets the next day and it was very obvious from the amount of dirt in the container that they had not been vacuumed. I can say that he did an excellent job on the bathrooms, These two guys were really nice and very professional but all and all they did not do a good job. I have already hired someone else.

Team of two people did a good job cleaning, but the weather was bad and they were both late. They worked rather slowly compared to other house cleaners I have used in the past. The young man tracked snow and slush all over my floor, which the young woman then had to spend (my paid for) time cleaning up. They should wear booties or remove yucky shoes!

Very conscientious and hardworking. Punctual. Would use them again.

It was ok. I brought out the Shark vacuum cleaner but they still just used their dust mop and broom? Soap scum was left on the shower door in the downstairs bathroom. I am not picky but my sweetheart noticed that when she got home and inspected the job.

It was Jasmine from Sweet Dreams Cleaning who serviced my apartment. She was friendly and professional as she cleaned it up, leaving it neat and tidy when she left. The bathroom and kitchen were shining. She was great.

We bought a promotion through Angies list and then no one ever called us... so we had prepaid for services and no one called to help us. When i called to see what was going on, they set up a time and told me two people would be there for three hours. One person showed up... we had him call for reinforcement but told him our main floor was the main priority. In the master bathroom they did not do the toilet or the shower or counter just the sinks. They vacuumed up stairs so i know it was not about the time involved. He also said they dont make beds so he left our bed unmade which also seems odd. They didnt clean the some of the basics..... we just wont use again.

Well, kitchen looked great, bathroom looked great. Was hoping for a bit more but she had a bad cough and cold and I know my bathroom shower took long to clean.

Everything went well. The service was great.

The guys were friendly and polite. But not generally happy...my bathroom sinks/vanity were not wiped down, my appliances were not wiped down either. I got to go through and touch up spots oin my floors where he walked while it was wet (leaving shoe marks). Only 1 of my living room tables was dusted, I have 3. I paid for 4 hours and they were only here for 2.5. Not worth the $$$. I wantede my home clean for Christmas and now I have to go behind them and redo what I paid for. I would like at least half of my $$ back.

Were very nice! The deal I purchased did not include dusting woodwork (baseboard) and wish it had.. Shower doors were not wiped down and there were a couple things they should have done better. HOWEVER, they seemed easy to work with and were very friendly and professional. Next time I use their service, I will be more specific on what I want done and I'm confident they will do great job.

The oven is cleaner than ever before. Everything was perfect.

It went well. I think I need to lay out some specific tasks to pay more attention to. But overall, they were fast, courteous, professional etc.

Lauren arrived on time and did a great job. She paid special attention to the bathrooms. I've already booked my next cleaning.

They are very nice people! The price was reasonable compared to others. I will definitely hire them and recommend them.

Excellent. Two cleaners arrived performed deep cleaning. Truly felt like my home was touched by angels. Would recommend to everyone.
