I made arrangements to have a friend be at the house to let the cleaners in and go over the list of Items I wanted them to clean. This was a deal for 8 hours with one cleaner, or 4 hours with two. They opted for the 2 cleaners for 4 hours. They started off my saying they didn't think they could do the job in 4 hours but my friend told them to do all they could. When I got home I was very disappointed. First was when I drove into my garage and found the door to the house had been left open. Luckily my indoor cats weren't in the garage and have the chance to get out when I opened the garage door to enter. I entered the house and started to view the work. The 3/4 bath had not been cleaned. As I viewed the carpeting, the vacuuming looked like it had been done by a lightweight "surface" type, not a good deep cleaning one. I found the short stairway that goes down to my basement had not been vacuumed. The sun room off of my kitchen had been cleaned well. The counters and stove in the kitchen were cleaned, but the sink still had residue left from the contractors tool cleaning activities. There were 2 bags of trash left at the entrance to my kitchen. The small guest bedroom had not been vacuumed well or thoroughly. But the bed had been "straightened" and the comforter I keep on it to protect the good bedding from the cat hair, etc. was on the floor beside the bed. My master was cleaned well, as was the bathroom, but the again the vacuuming was not very good. I also found the curtain in my master bath rolled up onto the curtain rod and a towel and washcloth also on top of the rod...I have no idea why. All and all, not a very good job and especially not completed by 2 cleaners. I had gotten the impression they were not happy to have to honor the cost deal offer and felt there was another way for them to get additional hours and pay based on their initial remark that they couldn't possibly do the job in 4 hours. I have used Angie's List companies before and been satisfied...this time I felt it was a total bust and waste of money. I had to get someone else in to finish the work and redo most of the rest of it.

The house sparkled when they were done...they even cleaned the insides of the closets and cabinets.

I have put in an email to cancel this service because they were very difficult people to deal with.  They originally gave me two dates they might do the job, the first date, they didn't show up or call.  The second date they apparently came to the house but because we weren't home, they left.  I was never informed when they would be there--apparently their expectation is that the customer will just wait around until the provider shows up.  When I spoke with someone on the phone--I couldn't understand his name--he insinuated that I lied about something which really provoked my husband.  From then on I would not deal with them my husband did.  They came yesterday and although it was an inconvenient time because we have Sunday morning church, we stayed home to get this over with.  They came did the work but half way through the leaf blower apparently broke down. So one of the two worked on that and they did provide us with extra time working in the yard to make up for it.  It was way too difficult and we will never use them again, nor would we ever recommend them. <br />

It was kind of a big mix-up and it was a lot of stress. I needed my house cleaned before Christmas, I was having company and I took advantage of the $125 for 10 hours of cleaning. They scheduled me for the first Monday of the week before Christmas, and then they didn't come. They said they got us mixed up with some other person. I'll have company coming in Christmas Eve so I asked if they could do something. They said they'll have to see and she called me back and said she could send 2 people over. This was really a lot for them. They didn't come Monday. They said they would make it better. The girls came over and they were cleaning, and they stopped cleaning at around 12. It was from 9-12. They stopped early. There was a lot of stuff I could have them do still to use up the whole time but they didn't. It was just kind of a weird thing. The price was good but I didn't get to use up all the time. They both had another hour to go. I actually got 2 hours less than I was supposed to. The price itself was okay. I just didn't get all of my services for the price. They did good work. When they didn't come on Monday, I didn't hear from anybody. I kept calling and calling and trying to find out what was going on. Basically, nobody got back to me until the next day after I was scheduled to have someone there so I just didn't know what happened. They came on time but they came on the wrong day. I would use them again, there were just a lot of strange circumstances.

The young man who did the spring clean up was diligent, well mannered and professional.  He worked very hard and did a fantastic job.  We are absolutely delighted. <br />

She comes every other week.  Pleasant, friendly, works hard and doesn't mind the pets.  I always have a better day when she comes. <br />
