My fianc? and I were first time home buyers, so we were very nervous about using a realtor. From the first email until closing date, Josh and Angie were very supportive, responsive, and professional. Angie responded very quickly to emails and calls. Josh was supportive in being present during the home inspection as well as giving his honest opinion on value and expertise on houses. Angie and Josh were never pushy, and let my fianc? and I make decisions with their professional insight. Being first time home buyers, we had many many questions and they never made us feel un educated or like a bother! I would highly recommend Josh and Angie! They even gave us a wonderful move in gift!!! :-)

Angie and her husband and partner Josh have given us excellent advice and help in searching for the perfect new home, and then QUICKLY selling our old home. WOW!  They are personable and friendly while maintaining A+ quality professional services.  They have gone out of their way to even help us measure rooms to see if the house would fit our needs.  They supplied us with plenty of comps and advice to help us feel secure in making an offer.  They were eager and willing to take us to view as many houses as we wanted to compare the house in which we were interested.  We never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and yet they were always available when we were ready to make a move.  Cannot say enough great things about this great team! We worked with Angie Cline.  She was very responsive, pro-active on our part with the other realtor representing the seller.  She helped us negotiate a good price for the property.  She answered all of our questions, provided us with resources and was very patient with us throughout the process.

Angie and her team carefully listened to the type of home we were looking for and the price range we were trying to stay within.  She quickly arranged for us to meet and go through several properties and was very patient with us given that we were partially in Ohio and still traveling from California.  After we located a property she helped us negotiate a fair offer and even helped with a counteroffer.  Her negotiating skills go above and beyond expectations.  She then helped identify a local mortgage lender who guided us through this process as well to completion.  Overall we appreciated her commitment to helping with our relocation and her resilience in finding a home for us that met all of our needs and we would highly recommend her and her team.
