Results within one hour! Jason was terrific! He responded very quickly and we set an appointment for the next day. Two traps were set and within one hour the possum was trapped! Since there could be more, the traps are still set but the original perpetrator has been caught and removed. Throughout, Jason has been professional, communicative and responsive.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jason. Extremely competent and professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again—although I won’t need to because he did such an outstanding job of rat-proofing our entire property.

We had what we thought was one raccoon using our pool and not in a good way! Animals Beware trapped a possum, three large raccoons and took 4 baby raccoons to The Haven for us. We had 3 raccoons that were using our pool as their watering hole/bathroom. We were also afraid our cat would engage them to defend his territory. Animals Beware trapped 5 raccoons and a large opossum. We are very pleased with the service we received and feel it was money well spent.

I heard scratching and thumping noises in the attic, so I called this company. When I called Saturday evening, someone was able to come out within the hour. Jason did a walkthrough of the attic, set traps in attic, and did a walk over of the roof and house to find any possible entry points. Possible entry points were found and an estimate was given for repairs. When we heard noises the next day, I sent Jason a text and he came out the next morning to place a trap on the roof. The traps were checked daily. The only issue was a miscommunication between the repairs and estimate given that night and the invoice that was sent later in the week. After some going back and forth the miscommunication issue was resolved, repairs were done, and the attic is quiet! Jason did come back to get traps from the attic, and informed us that a possum was caught.

Came quickly, called on way, very professional. gave me a breakdown and the services were performed quickly and efficiently.

Everything went very well and on schedule.

We called Animals Beware on Saturday and Jason came out first thing Monday morning. He identified the problem quickly and found nesting material in this space. He cleaned out the nest, closed off one end and set a trap at the other end. The next day a squirrel was caught in the trap and Jason returned to remove it and relocate it because we asked that it not be killed. Jason left the trap in place for the week and fortunately no other squirrels were captured. When he removed the trap on Friday, he secured that opening as well. He followed up with us throughout the week and responded quickly to our calls/texts. He did check the attic area where we heard the noise as well. We highly recommend him. I do not know if their prices are reasonable or not which is the only reason I gave them a B. We did not shop around. We wanted the problem handled quickly and Animals Beware had excellent reviews on Angie's List. We would definitely hire them again if we have other problems with critters. Jason did give us an estimate for repairs to secure possible entry points on the roof where animals could enter. He itemized the repairs so we could prioritize them if we decide to move forward. We appreciated knowing the vulnerability points of the roof.

Jason was very responsive and helpful with our issue. He spent a lot of time educating me on the process (he knows everything!!) and performed the repairs and trapping in a very timely manner. He even went out on the weekend when we saw a rodent. Can not say enough good things about Animals Beware!

Provider contacted to schedule examination right away. He came out the next morning and found evidence of an infestation in the attic. Came out several times over the next week to seal up and repair roof damage done by rats. Several vents repaired and sealed, fireplace sealed and side attic vents sealed. He ensured all sewer stacks were sealed as well. He had to order 63 soffit vents and came back two days later to install them. The technician was very professional, courteous and did a great job. I plan on using them every year to do a checkup from here on out. Animals Beware has my highest recommendation.

Jason came out the same afternoon I called to assess the situation. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that was going on, as well as pointed out all the potential animal entry points into my home. I would highly recommend Animals Beware, Inc. They set up multiple traps, and caught 6 armadillos that were living under our house. Once the traps were set up and some of the armadillos were trapped, we were able to text them and they were punctual about returning texts and removing the armadillos quickly. They came out multiple times until all the armadillos were caught.

Excellent! Jason set a trap for five days. No armadillo. But he didn't give up! After two weeks it was clear that the critter moved out, possibly spooked by the trap at it's front door. Jason closed two entrances and filled the burrow to keep out future occupants. We will definitely use his services again!

Jason from Animals Beware did a great job of inspecting our roof, explaining the issues that existed & giving me options on the work that could be done. He set a trap which caught the unwanted resident ( a raccoon) within hours and arrived promptly the next morning to empty & reset the trap. He followed up during the next few days on the condition of the trap and removed it once it was determined no additional animals existed in our attic. He did a professional job of sealing that entry point as well as other potential openings on & around the roof.

I got a trap at Home Depot and trapped it. I called Animals Beware after finding them on here. Jason explained everything to me and was here within 2 hours. I wanted someone who would remove it humanely and not just euthanize it. Jason was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Great Job!

Jason returned my phone call promptly and was at the house a few hours later. Set a trap which caught the critter that night. He also left the trap and fresh bait for a few more days to make sure there were no others

Service went very well. Jason with Animals Beware was easy to reach and punctual, he was able to show up within a matter of hours after contacting him. He surveyed the damage (minimal in our case) and then provided us with a quote. We decided to go forward with the work and were very pleased with what he did. He completely sealed off our roof to prevent pests from entering and set some traps to catch anything already in the attic. He went above and beyond the quote and helped us out with a couple of other issues as well. Very happy with the work done by Jason and Animals Beware, would definitely recommend using them.
