Anna affordable cleaning

I was happy to meet Anna, and welcome her to my house. She did a great job cleaning, and I will be hiring her again. She is well-mannered, and I appreciate that.

Anna showed up with an assistant and went to work cleaning my move out checklist for my landlord. The highlights of her clean would be the kitchen and the bathroom. She cleaned oven tops, oven, frigerator, sidewalls, counters, etc. The bathtub and toilet were well cleaned and scrubbed. And attention was paid to some of the debris build up in the corners. She finished the job with a good mop on the floor with pinesol. After about 1-2 hours the studio apartment was cleaned above average for a bargain price. I'm satisfied with her service and she was professional in her exchange Pinetop. Thank you Anna.

Anna came and was so helpful and so pleasant with all of our requests. We needed someone to help with our parents house, and she was especially great with my elderly parents. She understood their needs, and limitations...We are so happy with Anna, and we would hire her again! Thanks Anna!

Freaking pleasant from first phone call till payment! Wish I could use them weekly

Anna does a great job of cleaning and is very nice, but after awhile there seemed to be lots of scheduling issues. More often than not we agreed on a time to come out and I'd have my things picked up for her to clean and my dogs put away. And then oftentimes 10 or 20 minutes before she was supposed to arrive, she would cancel and reschedule. The short notice didn't work for us. After I canceled service with her, I asked for my house key back, which I lent to her pre COVID when I thought I might be away at work. I had to prompt her to ask when I would receive my key back and she said she would have it back by EOD yesterday. It's a day later and I still don't have my key. Anna and her team does do a good job of cleaning but because of constant rescheduling and the fact that I still don't have my house key after she told me I'd have it already, I'm forced to leave this review.

I hired Anna for move-out cleaning at the end of July. Anna and her team were very with our 1-bedroom apartment. I did a walk through after they cleaned, and they paid attention to details. I accidentally left trash in the cabinets, and they cleared that out. The best cleaning was with our oven which was extremely dirty. It was cleaner than when we moved in. There was a mixup with start time but overall Anna was thorough, easy to talk to, did a great job. Our house was sparkling clean and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. She cleans like it’s her own house. Will definitely be hiring her again.
