Beware of Rashad Changing the Agreed Price!!!! We agreed on a $70 fee over the phone when he called next day accepting the project but after installation Rashad changed it to $95 and claimed he thought it was diagnostic required so he said $70 to diagnose (why to diagnose a new washer installation which was clearly defined when i created the project and when he called me) and I believe his explanation was dishonest. Confirm the total price in writing with him before work begins. I am moving into a new home after our build and I would not use him or recommend him to anyone.
Response from Annexo Appliance Repair
"It is unbelievable for $20 you left 1 star that you could not prove it we agreed for both unit for 150, not a single unit installation for $70. You cannot find this price in the market. We charge $75 for just a diagnostic fee. It is not good and fairly to play with people's earnings. You also have a family responsible for them. I can refund your money back if you need just let me know."

Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
I submitted the request Tuesday night and he was onsite the next afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, and had our fridge back up and running in a couple of hours. Super great guy and we'll happily hire him again the next time one of our appliances acts up.
