My Maytag washing machine would not finish the delicate cycle gave a code of EO3 and NFL. Its 8 yrs old. Annex replaced a part that he thought would fix it but that did not work. Next visit he informed me we need a new motherboard which he ordered. New part installed but no sound prompts!? I waited 2 wks to run delicate cycle as I did not want the machine to stop like before as we have a renovation of a bathroom shower going on, need the washing machine. I just ran a delicate cycle. it stopped with the same code. Thank goodness I could stop & it would not drain the water, spin successfully without machine dying again. I have contacted repairman and scheduled appt for Thursday evening. He offered to refund $$. I scheduled appt to be face to face to resolve. U am totally unsatisfied with service and he said I have the last refurbished motherboard that can take 2 mths to get a replacement. Refurbished is unacceptable & I know he returned the original part for rebate. Frankly I just want a refund of all of the $$ spent around $796. He answered this review and said I am lying that the machine works and he stated renovating my home and I am not. I want a total refund for the parts he replaced and did not fix the machine. I have video showing how the machine does work properly and displays the codes and shuts down.

"First of all I was in customer after her complain , I checked the unit everything was working fine even though I refund her money back if there any unclaimed amount she needs to prove it with invoice. After refund I need to take my part out so ask her to give time frame to get my part. I tried to reach angi service call Courtney maybe 5 times, left voice mail but no response. I refunded all payment which got for Annexo Appliance invoice and I requested to get proof invoice from customer but you did not do anything . I left the angi 3 years before because of the same issue , you and customer did not provide any proof of payment . You are in the same position and did not protect my right here. We have to provide proof if claim any refund . How much money customer claimed with annexo appliance invoice ? Can you provide me any proof ?"
