The one and only time she actually made it to clean my house she was an hour and a half late. Of course, I had to make contact with her calling me to notify me of the delay. The other two times scheduled appointments, I had to call to see why she was late or if she was coming at all. Very unprofessional for the client to have to steadily call to find out. Both times I was given an excuse. I was willing to try, but I have given up as still have not called to reschedule. I would rather someone be honest with me!
