Overall, everything went fine. However, the top panel of our blinds were taken down and they were unable to put it back up. The service's owner told my husband he would come by more than once to repair it and never showed up. We haven't heard from him since.

The house shone when Anny and her crew were finished! The windows were so clean it looked like there wasn't even glass in them. I also want to thank Alfredo and Anny for finding the time to clean the house on such short notice (within 2 days). They were punctual, cleaned beyond my expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others. <br />

Alfredo was our housecleaner for more than 5 years (found him on Angie's List). He did a good job consistently, at a reasonable price. He was flexible when we needed to change dates, and he called if he could not make it. I am pretty sure that one time years ago his crew must have cracked the glass on a small picture in the bathroom, because it disappeared and reappeared 2 weeks later with a new frame. He also did our final cleaning when we were getting the house ready for sale. That is the only reason we have stopped using him. We moved away. <br />

I have had them for several years. They are flexible, prompt, and eager to do whatever I ask. They do a good job even when I am not watching them. They are not just good at first but keep it up visit after visit. <br />

Alfredo and his wife are very professional, punctual and nice. The only feedback I would give them is that they charge too much :-( I would absolutely use them again if I were stuck but due to their cost, I can't use them on a consistent basis. <br /> <br /> <br />

They clean our house every two weeks and they do a very good job. If I raise any concerns, they are responsive and generally remember to incorporate those concerns into their weekly cleanings (if necessary). <br />

Alfredo and Anny run a small housecleaning service. We discovered them via their Angie's List reviews and have used them for quite some time now. First - their cleaning service is first rate. In the past we have had cleaners that started out great, but the service deteriorated over time. Alfredo and Anny consistently provide high quality service, which seems to be a challenge in this business. Occasionally they need to adjust their arrival time or day, but for us, this is not a problem. If you need service on a rigid schedule, please make sure that you note this prior to agreement. Overall, you will be pleased with this team. <br />

They charged a fair price, were very prompt, and the house was immaculate when they finished.

The two girls who came were wonderful. The appliances were fairly dirty before but looked brand new when they were done. When I noticed something hadn't been cleaned to my standards, I pointed it out and without any objection she went right to it and cleaned it again and it was perfect. I would hire again.

I thought they did a really good job. They negotiated the price with me. I had just had surgery and needed someone to come out one time to do a thorough top to bottom cleaning. They were flexible. There were three of them and they were here for five or six hours. They were nice girls. They weren't as quick as I wanted but in the end they did a good job and the price was good.

They have done a consistently fine job. They take the initiative to do things that need doing but that I did not specifically instruct them to do.

They did arrive a little late but called to let me know, They stayed even though it got dark before they finished and there were no lights to work by.

The price is very reasonable. They are professional yet friendly, they are flexible when I need something special done, they are reliable, and they let you know if they ever have to change the date. They are just really easy to work with and they do a great job.

They are very good. They brought all their own equipment and supplies for the work, came right away and did the job perfectly.

We have had Anny and Alfredo clean our house for the past 2-3 years. They are conscientious and do a very good job, and their prices are very reasonable. We've tried other cleaners in the past and were always dissatisfied. Anny and Alfredo, along with members of their team, always leave the house looking very nice. They're also very friendly people! They are obviously very busy - I think many people have discovered just how good they are - and are juggling many jobs in any given day, so if you are someone who has no flexibility in terms of exactly what time they arrive at your house, they may not be the best match for you. On the other hand, they are extremely flexible, and we have greatly appreciated their willingness to reschedule on a moment's notice when we have had something come up. They are also available for cleaning windows - we've had Alfredo clean our windows inside and out on several occasions and he does an excellent job. We have nothing but good things to say about them.
