I hired this electrician to fix my lights that were flickering in the kitchen, den and bathroom. He was here on different occasions for about 3 weeks. He told me I had quite a few issues but could guarantee 1000% that he could fix the problems. He seemed nice and knew what he was talking about. I was wrong. He never fixed the issues and over $6000 dollars later, I felt like a sucker. The last time he was here he claimed the issues had been fixed but when we were checking the electrical system, he turned everything in the house for the test but I realized the A/C off and only blowing air from the fan because I put my hand up to the a/c vent. I let him know but he argued with me that if the a/c wasnt working it was my problem and promptly left. I called the a/c company to come fix the issue and they let me know the a/c had been turned off and flipped the switches at the panel back on and the a/c was instantly back on. Then, once the a/c was back on so were the flickering lights. He was already gone along with my money. This guy lied to my face. Be warned. Do not hire this guy.

The dude put holes in two of my walls and we’ve had more electrical problems now than we did before he came and “fixed” stuff. We have no power and it’s over 90degrees out. And we have to pay an after hours company to come fix it so we have air conditioning tonight….

Parts installed operate correctly. Friendly contractor, for sure. He’s not “above” explaining things to a customer, either. I would entertain having Mr. Thompson perform more services in the future.
