Several shingles were damaged during a recent storm. While I was outside talking to a neighbor, Mr Sweitzer approached me about the shingles. I have never hired a contractor without first checking Angie's List but I decided to this time because of Mr. Sweitzer's professional demeanor. He thoroughly explained the process of replacing the shingles and pipe collars and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure for an immediate decision. I thought the price was outstanding! He does not sub-contract out his work so his price is better compared to others who sub-contract their work. We set a date and time for the work to be done. Mr. Sweitzer and his crew showed up on time. Naturally, I didn't go up on the roof to check the replaced shingles but I feel very confident the work was professionally performed as I expected. Lastly, there were no additional unexpected costs. <br /> <br /> I plan to contact Mr. Sweitzer in the near future for additional work I need done at my home. <br /> <br />

Apparently it didn't take them long to do the job and they were only here for a few hours. I can't comment on the quality of the work because I couldn't get on the roof, and that has nothing to do with them.
