It was okay. I wasn't too impressed with it. She just didn't get that much done. I had other people cleaning before and they got a lot more done. She's thorough but she only did a portion of the house because it was all she could do in the time she had. I wouldn't use her again. I didn't have any problem scheduling it. I wouldn't use them because they aren't that quick. They take a long time to get things done.

The two ladies that came out to my home did a very good job, however, I have had numerous cancellations with this company. We broke up my Big Deal (originally for 8hrs) into two different days/ 4hrs each day. After they had completed my first day of cleaning I was unable to get them back out to finish the remainder of my time (4hrs). I have attempted numerous times to contact them and have had them reschedule for various reasons. They are now unresponsive to my phone calls and emails.

i bought this in June 2014 for my daughter-in-law to have done before <br /> she had her baby in July and they never made it. so I had to get another <br /> service. My wife has tried to get them to come to our house and they <br /> eventually respond but never show up. They made and appointment for this past thursday 12/17/14 for 9:30 am. we waited all day and they never showed up or called or emailed. We have heard nothing from them. They had a very good rating when I purchased this and I am very unsatisfied and would like to get my money back, but they do not respond. What can you do???

It went well and I was pleased with their work. I had informed them when they arrived I wanted them to focus their efforts on the bathrooms. At the end I noticed 1 of the bathrooms did not seemed to be cleaned as thoroughly. I asked them about it and they just said yep we got it. I would have appreciated them asking what they missed or if I wanted them to go over a certain area again. This was the only issue I had, otherwise I was extremely happy.

I have to have them come back out because we had some issues. They were late and they did not do a very good job of cleaning. She was supposed to be here at 10 and did not show up until 11 or 12. No one told me she was going to be late and I had to reach out to them. They are rectifying the problem by coming back out for a free cleaning. One cleaner came out and brought little cleaning supplies. I only needed her to clean 4 rooms. She did not even attempt to clean some glass top tables I had asked her to. She did the floors but she did not clean under the furniture. I did appreciate the company’s apology and willingness to come back out. I had no problem scheduling the deal initially.

<p> </p> <p>I scheduled a second appointment for housecleaning and no one showed even though I told Shannon I was taking a day off from work to be home for them to clean. I called again to schedule a third time and was told that they would definitely be at my appointment so I took off from work early and no show again, and no one returned any of my phone calls. Shannon even called on Tuesday night after10:00 pm August 19th to confirm my Thursday August 21st appointment. </p> <p>I contacted Angie's list on August 25th, 2014 because Another Clean House was not showing up as scheduled to request a refund. </p> <p>September 4th, 2014 response from Ava, Angie's list stating she heard back from Tonna at Another Clean House, and she is willing to discuss a partial refund. Since work has begun, this would come from the company directly, Angie?s List is unable to issue refunds once work has been started.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tonna did not contact me so I sent her an email September 19th and she responded by email on September 20th, 2014 and stated you are correct I did hear from AL and I approved a refund for you however, they informed me that they cannot issue a refund if partial coupon has been used. I assumed they also shared that information with you. </p> <p>As of September 26, 2014 I have not received any refund for the remaining hours of services. </p> <p>I definitely will not purchase another Big Deal from Angie's List. </p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />
