He did a great job, Didnt take short cuts and wasnt in a huge hurry to get the job done. He stayed after it was hooked up and showed me all the channels and to find the best directions to point the antenna in relation to towers. Really happy with the end product.

After being frustrated with cable for years I decided to have an antenna installed. Doing my research I realized there was a lot more to it than just going out and buying one and sticking it on the roof so I decided to search for an installer. I am SO glad I found Norman. I first read the raving reviews about him and then decided he was the man for the job. We could not be happier!! He not only knows his stuff, he is very pleasant to have around. He took his time to do things right and when he was done we had 51 channels!! And I was shocked to see that the clarity of the reception was even better than our cable was. The initial installation isn't cheap but depending on what you are paying for cable it will pay for itself in no time. And Norman doesn't leave until he knows everything is working properly and you are happy. This was the best decision I have made in a long time!!!!

He went up the tower on my roof, straightened out a wind moved antenna, tightened all connections, waterproofed existing connections , replaced a dipole antenna, and mounted a weather station on the tower.

Norman put an antenna in the attic, enabling me to get rid of cable. More than twenty channels for free now, including ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX in HD. Everything works great!

Accomplished exactly what I wanted. He was able to place the antenna so that I can receive 34 channels with HD reception. It's in my attic protected from the weather and unseen from the outside.

We had an old antenna on the roof and Norm installed two new antennas in our attic. The reception is Great and we get all KC and Topeka stations, 57 channels altogether. Although a bit pricy, we are more than satisfied with the quality of work performed and the resulting reception of over air stations.

My antenna reception is the best it has been in years. I am very pleased with the Job that Norm did. I also appreciated his recommendations for a DVR for an antenna.
