Bill was right on time at 8:00 am, for our estimate and on the day he did our work. He took care of everything that needed done with a new bathroom toilet and fixtures. Hauled all the old stuff away. Gave us a reasonable price with a military discount. We would definitely hire this plumber again. We recommend Bill.

The pvc pipe disconnected from under my kitchen sink. Bill called me within 2 hours of me trying to find a handyman and came right out. He fixed my sink right away. Great service and did not over charge. Thank you Bill ! Also sorry about our dog. She is not a happy camper having to be in her kennel when there is company, but you did very well about her. Our line froze ,I messaged early this morning & received a reply within less than a minute! Thankfully Bill was able to come out today ,he was going to come later in the day but was able to squeeze us in earlier .He gave a free estimate (of course he couldn't give me a full estimate until he saw what needed done ) but was very reasonable and friendly and had the job done quickly and professionally - in fact we will have him back to do more work ! We recommend highly ! Thank you Bill and Angie's list for having him listed that's how we found him ! Received immediate response from business. Received call in response at 8AM, showed up around 9:45AM same day. Not to mention it was on a Sunday. Knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Explained everything in detail so that I understood what I needed to do with my utility tub plumbing, and gave me to permanent resolution for the future. I would recommended 10/10 to anyone in the valley needing plumbing work.

Had a slow flowing sink in the bathroom. He came in and took a look listen to what I said and gave me a quote right there. Started to perform the work it took a little bit longer than he thought it was going to be because the snake had to work through a lot of stuff in the pipes but once he was done he charged me for what the quota price was. The entire time he was professional, friendly and helpful. Showed me that everything was done good and completed.

Bill was utterly fantastic. Not only great guy but a master plumbing. Our project was the removal and replacment of a old kitchen sink. He did a great job. Also, the kind of guy you don't mind having in your home!

Bill was very thorough. He showed up on time for his estimate he showed up on time to do the work very pleasant gentleman. I had to have my outside Spicket replaced. It was a mess. He did a wonderful job on that inside my hot water tank just wouldnâ t get hot anymore and was getting old and it was wearing. He replaced the hot water tank and some other parts. I really liked Bill and his work. I will definitely call him back again.
