"I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience with me. My goal is to leave each job with full satisfaction from my clients. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify some potential misunderstandings. 1. In most cases, we now come as a 2 man team for safety reasons. This was not a pre-scheduled visit but under the pretense of an emergency so we responded immediately and at your location within 20 minutes of your initial call. Upon arrival, our rate was discussed with your wife and we were green-lighted to proceed with the repairs. 2. Your call stated there were no lights in the bathroom, no power to the bathroom receptacle and adjacent hall receptacle. Upon inspection it came to our attention that you has a loss of neutral on that circuit. Attic, hall & bathroom splice boxes were all inspected, having found that the Attic splice was the issue, NOT a GFI. 3. Unfortunately, the GFI that you had previously installed was now faulty due to the neutral issue which REQUIRED me to supply a new working one. I advised your wife to return your broken GFI back to the purchasing store and request a full refund. 4. In addition, during this visit, we were asked to conduct an amperage test to understand why the 1st Floor Kitchen Bathroom breaker kept tripping when using a small space heater. We found that an insufficient amperage breaker was installed and we replaced it with an appropriate sized breaker. We were also asked to troubleshoot an inoperable Garage light, which we did and corrected. Based on my records, we were at your residence for a total of 1hr and 51 minutes but as a repeat customer, I brought the time down to 1.5 hrs. I certainly hope this clarifies your concerns and welcome any further questions you may have. I wish you luck in the future with your electrical needs. Sincerely, Anthony Russo"
