Fast service and good quality at a reasonable price.

He was on time and pleasant. He shined flashlight up chimney and said it was clean. And would save me $25 as cost only $75 for coming out. Seemed a good deal for him as did nothing.

Professional and showed up on time.

Person arrived very much later than expected and I didn't feel respected by him. Was told the weather needed to be warmer for the repair to be done. Understandable as it was extremely cold. Also said I needed a cover on the bricks at the top of the chimney walls. However I don't know that I will have them come do the work as I didn't get a very good "feeling" about the person giving the estimate. Also, $500. seemed a bit steep. I haven't had the work done yet, so am still debating whether to have this company do the actual work.

Delivered on as promised. Easy to work with, did quick work.

Arrived early and didn't try to charge me for services that i didn't need.

The owner was prompt in answering a call when first contacted. They showed up on time. The inspection took less than 10 minutes. It was visual inspection. The level of inspection was minimal. I was expecting more (going on the roof, using camera to see if there is any crack inside the lining of the chimney.) What they did was sit at the edge of the fireplace shine light up to see up the chimney. Went outside from the ground looked up to see the smoke stock. I was disappointed at the level of inspection and the price. We were told $75.00 but at the end of the inspection we were told $150.00 because we have two fire place. I did call the owner and he said if we hired them to do the repair, they will give $75 credit. So I feel a bit better. My advice to the owner, be specific on type of inspection (use of camera, getting on the roof to inspect all side of the smoke stock, give specific upfront one vs. two fire place, offer different price tier for level of inspection....)and the detail of the cost. For others who will hire, I will advise ask more question to get understanding about the type of inspection that would be conducted. While the cost was a concern, I would have felt better if I had a detail inspection.

The Tech showed up on time, performed his inspection very quickly. Then took the time to explain the necessary repair my cap required and that it was not necessary to have done right now, but soon maybe spring. Then he cleared us to burn in the fire place. AAA+ job!

Drier vent did not get all cleaned out. Makes me wonder how much the air ducts were cleaned out.

Found another solution

They arrived promptly and did not charge me at all. Which was AWESOME! They also counseled me on a flue system replacement and the cost...but and this is important, they did not try a pressure sale or anything. They were just being helpful. The amazing thing is they are in Belton and I am over in Lenexa, yet they came same day, were on time and so very helpful. They are now my go to chimney service.

Anthony's is great! I called and needed my chimney swept and inspected, Anthony was there within a couple of hours of my phone call. Very professional and did not make a mess of my house while cleaning the chimney. After inspection we had a crack in our flue. Anthony told us how he'd fix it and said give me a call and I'll fit you in. Called Monday and was back at my house Tuesday to fix the cracked flue. Only took an hour and again my house stayed clean while Anthony was working on my chimney. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Anthony arrived within 15 minutes of the time we scheduled. <br /> He was professonal and I could tell he know's what he is doing. <br /> He first assesed my fireplace and chimney to see what tools he needed. <br /> He said it would take 45 minutes to an hour to clean and inspect my chimney. <br /> It took just under an hour. <br /> He did it without making any mess whatsoever. That in itself is amazing concidering the black soot he got getting rid of. <br /> He inspected my chimney and recommended a repair but he said the repair I need isn't crutial to be done now. That is honesty. He also showed me photos of the issue on top of my chimney that should eventually be repaired. <br /> He charged me exactly what he told me over the phone. <br /> When he gave me my receiept he showed me where he penciled in what he would charge me to do the repair he suggested. No pressure at all. <br />

He did exactly what he said he was going to do... He told me what I needed and he came through... Everything went great
