Work completed in timely manner, good professional workers, completed exactly what I asked for.

We've used Anthony's Make Ready for several home painting projects in the past few years, and the work has been outstanding. Anthony is very easy to work with, and his crews are top notch--skilled, friendly, hard-working and on time. The results have been flawless, and Anthony will always be my first choice when I need painting done. Here's a list of the jobs they have done for us: removed popcorn ceiling and painted ceiling and walls in a large 20+ foot tall room and smaller office. On a very tight deadline (we were placing our house on the market), he painted several interior rooms, enabling us to meet our deadline. He also repaired, prepped and painted exterior wood trim which was in poor condition. Highly recommended!

Anthony, Javier and crew went above and beyond. We first used them to get our home ready for sale. Anthony started with a walk-through of the home to point out any areas that would need attention. They filled nail holes, painted entire rooms and trim, refinished our wood front door, painted the exterior trim of entry doors and the garage door. We even had them clean the drive way. WOW! We teased that we didn’t recognize our home! It was worth every penny! This completed the home staging we did and our home sold in a day. When we moved into our new home, the color scheme was just not our style, yellow walls everywhere. Once again, the crew came out and walked through everything we wanted to do. In the end, the entire home, ceiling, walls, doors and trim were all painted. We have ceilings ranging from 10’-20’ tall and everything came out amazing. They also did an epoxy floor in the garage. Our new home looks fantastic! I would not hesitate to use their services again. They were done on time, Anthony communicated well and the crew arrived every day for an early morning start. The crew was very helpful moving large items and very respectful of our home. It’s honestly been the best experience we’ve had with any contractor.

Anthony and his crew were amazing. We planned a stair remodel early this year. Then the lumber shortage hit which caused some delays. Anthony kept me informed and up to date on progress the whole time. Once the work started the guys were amazing and professional. I am so beyond impressed with our new stairs. I reached out to Anthony via Angi's and he got back to me within 2 hours. I sent him pictures of the drywall repairs I needed and he got right back to me. He came by the house, saw them in person, took some more pictures and came back with a really reasonable quote. Joseph was able to come out 2 days later and quickly got to work. He was polite and professional. The work that was done was amazing -- blended in perfectly with the existing drywall texture. Joseph was really nice, professional and a really polite. I would definitely hire Anthony's Make Ready again. Seriously impressed.

Work was completed and paid for on 11 Nov 2020. From the very beginning I expressed concerns that the texturing did not match. I was assured that it would look perfect after I painted the rooms. Not true. Too little texturing was applied in 5 of the 6 rooms. This made the new work appear flat and did not blend with the existing walls. After several phone calls, the owner Anthony and his assistant came out in mid Dec 2020 and inspected the work. They both agreed the texturing did not match and needed to be redone. Anthony sent the original worker out in early Jan 2021 to inspect the work. He also thought the work was bad. He asked if I had over sanded the work. I assured him I only used a damp cloth to remove the loose grit before painting. No sanding at all. My phone calls and text messages to schedule the redo went unanswered. I tried repeatedly until 3 Feb 2021. I have been left with an incomplete job. Anthony's Make Ready failed to redo work that they personally acknowledged was unsatisfactory.

Excellent work! Anthony really knows exactly what needs to be done to sell a house. His team patched up and did repairs to everything that needed to be repaired. They also painted all of the interior house and touched up the exterior and the results were excellent, very professional workmanship. They also pressured washed the outside and now house is ready to sell! - turn key ready! Will definitely use them again!

Nice guys, Paint/Texture excellent and probably the best you'll find. Molding was beautifully done for the most part. When Supervisor Anthony was watching initially, it was a finely orchestrated art. But a 3 day job turned into 3 weeks. They did a lot of back and fourth, unorganized work shifting, and incomplete. If they offer to do a little extra for free, be aware you will be charged hourly fees for employees and material. It's very thoughtful, but not necessarily free. There were a few No Shows, then I asked when they were finishing, and received a harsh response. Then there were a few more postponed dates and the owner and the craftsman finally showed up. The owner kind of made light of the situation, asked the worker to finish, and left. The worker left soon after. Job left undone in several areas. Flooring: I was told workers had experienced with this type of flooring. When I asked the worker he said he had never done it before. There was a bounce along the step, loose and crooked tiles along the step, a bounce by the backdoor and it was glued down and bounced back up. All socket covers were removed at job start and left bare. While removing debris from the job the door was scratched and no one offered to fix it. The molding was incomplete in the hall at the door. Hole left in electrical socket that cover plate did not hide and was just left like that. Some minimal final painting left undone. The owner was supposed to return the next Monday for completion, but he postponed twice again and I threw in the towel. It was just too frustrating. Little things, but combined, significant. Had to hire another company to finish the floor, molding and final touch-up painting. The quality of the paint and molding was exceptional and deserves an A. The wall was a huge repair and it looks Beautiful. They were nice guys, just overwhelmed with jobs. I made the mistake of paying prior to the jobs end at the owners request and in my gut I knew not to do it, but I trusted him. I would recommend for Tape/Float/Texture and Paint, also molding and home construction, but not flooring. They charged me $3 less than Home Depot and I regret hiring them for flooring because it cost me several hundred more dollars in the end. I ONLY know my experience as per the LifeProof flooring. Nothing else. When the work is done, it is done well. And I feel my mistake was the early pay off, otherwise they would have completed the job and the rating would have been an A. I have four rentals being remodeled and I really wish I could have had the faith to contract with them. I just don't like things left undone, and I shouldn't have to beg for things to be done right. Life's too short. But overall, the good outweighs the bad, and the work that was done on walls was great.

Very professional and quick. I put in a request on Angie’s list on Friday and got a call in minutes. I sent some pictures of the rotten wood around my fireplace and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. They came out on time Monday morning and in a few hours it was complete including paint. Very nice guys. I would hire them again.

I've used Anthony's Make Ready twice for large projects. The first project was at my previous home that had water damage due to a roofer's negligence in ripping off shingles and leaving for another job without covering the room. AMR fixed half of the sheetrock in my home, patched, repainted, and replaced all the damage and did an excellent job. I recently called Anthony to my new home where he did interior painting and did a large 3 car epoxy flooring job that came out perfect. AMR took its time doing everything right. They stripped the floor leaving for the day to let it dry, did crack repair and let it cure leaving for the day, rolled the epoxy and left for the day, and came back to add the clear coat. They did not butcher the job by trying to do everything in one day, and Anthony did not start the job during a cold day even though he was onsite saying the cold weather would impact the expoxy's ability to stay on the floor (Google confirms this). Overall, Anthony and his team are very professional, reliable, trustworthy, and very reasonably priced. He'ls my go-to guy for painting, drywall repair, garage epoxy, etc. You won't go wrong with him.

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job on this project. They were able to start the job shortly after providing an estimate that was very reasonable. The crew was extremely polite and friendly while I was at the house, and I was quite comfortable leaving them at the house on the days I had to go to work. The end project was exactly what I wanted and looks great. I would highly recommend these very talented carpenters and painters.
