They're very good, on time and professional.They were here when they said they would be.

He was very knowledgeable, but I don’t think the bait was very impressive. I would give him an “A” for his knowledge, but I would give him a “C” for the product. The price was okay. His product was crappy. I would not use them again and it is because of the product, not because of the person. You need to just shop around and find out what really works. I realize that mice are a problem in the city and these are like super nice, but they still can die. They need to be annihilated. If you put a product down, they need to eat it.

We had a rough start with them. Originally I think I paid $100, and it didn't do the trick. Then they were going to check back with us, but they didn't. So I called them and they didn't answer. We got off to a rocky start. Finally I got the person who own the company, he came out and he resolved the issue. By that time it had gotten pretty out of place. He did it in a fair sweep. He said if we had anymore problems we could call him. He has a lot of issues with his help. They don't help. I need to take it out on the owner of the company and grade them low because it was hell. When he came out he did an excellent job, and assuming I can call him this spring when the bugs are back. I would definitely give him an A. The guy that came out the first time did not identify the bugs properly. It cost us a lot of delays. He said we had honey bees in the house. We did not have honey bees in the house.The honey bees were not dangerous. We had a harness, and wasp. We would have been more aggressive in trying to figure out trying to get rid of them if we would have not thought they were not honey bees. I thought the pricing was fair. They were punctual. If the bees come back, which I think they will. I will call them again. The owner was very responsive, very thorough, and did a very good job. It turned out he didn't know one bee from another. When I got the owner hes not afraid to go up on the roof and get the bugs. They were on the second floor outside. The first guy didn't want to climb on the roof. The owner definitely has issues with his health. That's the problem.

Very well. Mr. Valdez is very sharp, very smart, very professional. He examined the hole, and told me that the squirrel had not chewed his way into the side of the house. Then he proceeded to seal up the hole. Afterwards, he gave me valuable information on pest control in general. I highly recommend.

It was very considerate of Jon to call and say that he was going to be late due road conditions (it was pouring on Saturday).  I didn't mind because anyway they had given me an ETA between 0900am - 1100am.  I had mentioned in my communication with Sergio that the wasps' nest was situated on the mesh screen in the skylight above my garage, but I guess no one told Jon.  In any case, Jon went up on the roof and tried to access the mesh, but could not.  Instead he sprayed inside the skylight and down into the mesh.  I asked him to also spray around my sliding patio door because bees somehow found a way to enter my house.  Jon pointed out that there were holes in the brick wall where they made their nests.  He sprayed inside the holes and filled them with a spongy metal material.  I could see the effects immediately, as some bees tried to return to the nest but now could not.  All in all, very good service and Jon is a very polite, well-mannered young man.  I will use them again if I have any pests problems in the future. <br />

<p>My uncle brought bed bugs to my mom's house, so Sergio's crew came out and checked and sprayed for them.  I was worried about my brother's house and my house being infected with the bed bugs, so they came out checked and luckily there were no bugs.  They came again to do a general spraying, mostly for my peace of mind, Sergio understands this and is really helpful and communicative.</p> <p>A few weeks later I started to feel like I was getting some bites, so I was concerned and was able to get a same day appointment and his technician came out inspected, no bed bugs and did an another overall spray for bugs.  </p> <p>All Sergio's technicians are very helpful, and professional, prompt and communicative, hopefully I won't need</p> their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use their services again. <br />

Johnathan arrived and quickly inspected my home. He then explained what he saw and what he needed to do. He worked very thoroughly throughout my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me that another treatment should be given, and I should call to make another appointment. <br />

On Wednesday morning,  an air conditioning serviceman noticed and alerted me that bees were entering the house around the hole where the air conditioning pipe entered the house. <br /> <br /> On Wednesday afternoon, I e mailed Sergio from Anti Pest Chicago because he did such a great job of solving a pigeon problem at my house in June, 2015.  Sergio called me on Wednesday evening.  He told me that he would come on Thursday morning and he did. <br /> <br /> Once he saw the bees, he was able to identify them as yellow jackets and he used a chemical to kill them. Sergio filled that hole and another hole that we noticed with steel wool to prevent further intrusion by pests.

<p>They were good. He did a real good job. They realized that the tree was rotted and the guy chopped some of the stuff that was rotted. And he took all the rotted stuff away, cleaned it up and then he sprayed all around the tree and put some food down for the ants.</p>

Before I can have my awnings replaced, Anti Pest added "bird spikes" to the edges of my roof so that the pigeons can not land there.

Awesome experience. Guys were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Baiting and trapping lasted about 45mins between two guys and two floors. <br />

I called on Agie's List and they sent me a list of Pest Control Companies it was Saturday morning <br /> they were the only people that were open and answered my call . I had yellow jackets wasps nest in my <br /> backyard ard near the ground.  Someone was out within 2 hours killed the wasps and dug the nest open to show me. <br /> He very professional and found out it was a family business GREAT JOB <br />

The technician arrived on time, did the work carefully and was very professional. <br />

Sergio was great! He came out same day and was able to determine it was probably birds in my kitchen vents.  Inspection was totally free, which was such a plus compared to other companies. I will definitely use him in the future if we have any more critters creeping inside! Happy to support a neighborhood business. <br />

We recently returned home from an extended vacation to find bed bugs crawling all <br /> over our bedroom beds. I didn?t even want to stay at the house so we went <br /> straight to a hotel and called up Chicagoland who were recommended to us by a <br /> family friend. It was late so they offered to show up first thing the next <br /> morning so we went to the house at 8am the next morning to see what was going <br /> on. We showed them the scene in our home. They inspected the home and said <br /> there wasn?t any health risk but they recommended staying at the hotel while <br /> they got rid of all the bugs. Two days later they said all the bugs should be <br /> gone and after replacing all of our old bedding we have not seen anything <br /> since. I really don?t know where all the bed bugs came from and they couldn?t <br /> tell us exactly what had happened but said someone had probably brought them <br /> into our home by accident.  All that <br /> matters is that we now have our home back and we only had to stay at a hotel <br /> for two days. Not too bad. Thanks Chicagoland, you did an excellent job.  <br />

They were very professional and very prompt. They came in, did what they said they were going to do and they followed up to see if the problem has been fixed. They were really good.
