On Feb 7, 2022 they came out to install new shower walls for my bathroom. He quoted me $950 because he had to replace a piece of plywood that was rotted behind the walls. No big deal. I was at a sales conference from Feb 7 to Feb 9. I was not there for the installation. I get home and notice there was silicone missing in a lot of the seams. There was silicone everywhere. All over the walls outside of the shower. All over my shower curtain. So i call Antonio to come by and see what i was talking about. He did. He "finished" the job. I asked him what happenend. He said he left one of his workers there to finish the job. So he didn't come back to perfom a quality assurance check. So 10 days later (Feb 19th) i notice while im showering that the silicone is peeling up. So i text him and ask him if its suppose to be peeling up that quick. He asked me if i cleaned it with a specific brush i use. I said i was going to clean it today and noticed it. Never got a response back. I had to have my elderly father come by and correct the job.

They do a decent job. It is important that you know that their price quotes do not include removal of any debris or trash created from the job that they perform. You have to have to explicitly ask them to include that in their pricing to ensure it will be done. Also note that they are so busy that if they work on a project at your home that creates additional work that needs to be done, the owner will let you know that they will not be able to return to your property for at least three weeks to address it. Great pricing however.

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. He went to repair my Gutter and do a wrap of my roof overhangs. In all fairness he did fix the gutter and partially wrap the roof okay. Thing is he itemized my bill at 1600 and was unable to finish the part that was 1000. I said fine I was happy paying the 600 and I'd find someone else for the other job. I had paid a deposit of 800 he refused to refund me any money at all for the work he didn't do. In fact at one point he quoted me 1500 but asked me for 200 more because he needed a 40 foot ladder which he didn't have and more materials. I said I'd do 100 more he agreed. Still though he essentially charged me for materials he ended up never buying at all. So essentially he stole $200 from me or $300 depending how you look at it

He was wonderful did everything I asked for quick and fast wasn’t a problem. I will most definitely use him again. Very respectful professional and on time ?
