"1. transitions where incorrect to height of existing floor.( I mentioned this and ontop of it attempted to make those work with no avail). 2.you decided not to have your existing subfloor sheeting removed and since you live in an apartment building its constantly moving and decoupling making your grout lines crack 3. this was done out of sheer favour as I knew you in the past and thought I'd help you out by doing this cheap on the weekend where I only charged you 440 (thats with materials) for what should have been 1500."
