John Cruz was absolutely great! Knowledgeable, honest, friendly and did everything that he was supposed to do. Explained the basics of furnace, checked all that needed to be checked and cleaned the furnace well.. he was not in a hurry and took the time to answer all my inquiries. My very first time to have this company to service our furnace and it was worth it.

First company to not try to sell me a new furnace due to a small problem, appreciated it so much. Spent a lot of time reviewing what they were testing and why. I love to learn, so this was super cool. Thanks again!

I had a new heat pump installed in my condo last year. This company did sloppy prep work which has resulted in thousands of dollars of extra work needing to be done. Last year I needed to replace my old HVAC system. The air conditioner was out and the furnace was from 2001. After seeing the high price on a quote from a different company, I reached out to AnyTemp. When the tech came out they gave me a couple of options, but they really pushed a heat pump. They took around 5k off the price and I was getting an Amana 2.5 ton heat pump for around 10k, a great price. After it was installed the issues began. As soon as the temperature went above 85, we started to see massive condensation on the visible parts of the HVAC system. We called AnyTemp up and they came out. They told us that our air ducts are uninsulated, as is our attic, so the hot air from the attic is creating condensation since the ducts are so cold. With this system the fan speed cannot be varied. Had I put a normal A/C in or a heat pump where the fan speed is variable, condensation would not be a problem. The solution they said was to replace all of the air ducts. I was very unhappy with this. After consulting with other HVAC companies, I realized that while ideally my ductwork would be insulated, I should have known this before installation. They never bothered to inspect the ducts, which is just sloppy practice, especially given I live in an old building. The manager I spoke with was also very condescending and spoke down to me. Any temp did come and insulate the central visible air duct, however this insulation has done nothing. Overall this company did sloppy prep work and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes, instead blaming me, the owner.

I am very happy with the service Anytemp provided! They came to replace my broken water heater in less than a day after I called. They worked there from morning until 9 pm because they wanted to have things done for their client. They have amazing people who care about their clients! I want to thank all of them and especially Jesus Melgar, Ron and receptionist Rena.

He came out right away, great response time. He checked the system and said he thought is may be either the thermostat or the hxvt on the coil (est. $1,200 because coil would need to be replaced). The latter would be very expensive so we started with the thermostat. It did nothing, so I called a different company. They simply cleaned the unit and added a hard start kit. Not sure why Any Temp did not find this issue, but would not use them again since theywere way off from what the actual problem was.

Ron came out on a Sunday evening of Memorial Day weekend to fix our air conditioner. It was a 95 degree day with more hot days in the forecast. He was at our home within a half hour of our call. He was friendly and professional. He assessed the problem and explained everything before fixing it. He did an excellent job and provided outstanding customer service! This will be our new go to company for any of our air conditioning services.

Great! Everyone at AnyTemp is extremely responsive and punctual, always calling if they are running even slightly behind. Both Sal and Antonio have worked on our furnace and both are extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as being a joy to work with. Every time I have called for service they have been extremely responsive. In short, there is nothing they could do differently! They are wonderful to work with.

Sal was a very nice guy and explained everything he was looking at and doing in detail, this w as during a very cold spell and we weren't able to heat the house efficiently much higher than 60 degrees F, They came out right away and was on time and i spent way less money than i anticipated, definitely would hire them again and highly recommend them. Sal was our technician and he was outstanding!

Overall went well.

They arrived on time, and quickly started to work. We decided to bleed the system first to see if that will fix the issue. The took care not to create a mess anywhere, and quickly moved through out the house bleeding the radiators. This fixed the issue. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Ron was responsive to our inquiry and promptly arranged to come out and inspect/repair our non-working space heater. Diagnosed the problem, gave us two options regarding repair, and repaired the heater. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

It went great! Good communication and an honest assessment of the problem. Ended up being nothing major, but we would have never known. We really appreciate the truthful service....

Called Ron at about 9am, he gave a time estimate of arrival of between 2:00 and 4:00pm (same day). He called at 2:00 and said he was about 30 minutes away. He arrived at about 2:25pm. By 3:30, my air-conditioning was repaired and the house is getting cooler as we speak! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though it is 90+ degrees outside, he didn't try to up-sell anything and fixed what was needed!
