Anytime Electric

Electricity went out 9/13/2021. Was told in advance cost would be $350 for a weekend service call. The serviceman replaced a breaker, cost of call went to $600. I requested a detailed invoice to justify the extra $250, owner refused. Air conditioning stopped working 9/19/2021, called an air conditioning company out to repair. The serviceman told me that the problem was electrical, and he had to switch a wire on the electrical box, which cost me $198. I contacted Anytime Electric, and was told that the serviceman on 9/13/2021 had informed my that I needed to replace my entire electrical box, which I was not told. I had a 2nd electrician out on 9/20/2021 to examine my electrical box at a cost of $108. He told me that the air conditioner repair person had done a good job of rewiring, and that my electrical box did not require replacement or further repairs.

Eric and his partner kept me updated re their ETA. They arrived within the promised time frame and went right to work. Both were very pleasant, professional and a delight to work with. Highly recommend. Would definitely hire again.

We started with a misunderstanding: I requested a *full* electrical inspection - meaning *all* outlets throughout the house. Given the very quick response, and given I had gone through Angie's List to request service, I realized after our discussion that Eric probably didn't get what I was actually asking for. On the appointment day, Pete called to say he was on his way for our "panel inspection". After clarifying what I was looking for, Pete said he would get with Eric and work something out. When Pete arrived, he said that Eric would let him inspect 5 outlets and the panel. Pete inspected 2 outlets, found issues, and repaired them both. He then checked the panel, and charged me $150 for the extent of his work. I am okay with that, since he did repairs, not just inspections. Pete suggested that I just get repairs, as needed, rather than a full house inspection, as we have a *lot* of outlets! I felt that Pete was very professional and thorough. I will consider his suggestion, and when I need repairs, I will definitely call Anytime Electric to perform them!

Eric answered when I called and listened to the issue. He texted me back in 5 minutes he with a 30 minute ETA. Excellent communication, customer service and workmanship. I will definitely contact him again for any of my electrical needs.

Eric was responsive from the initial call. He was able to come address our issue the next business day. We had a series of canned lights go out in our 6 year old home. We also had a doorbell that was not working. Eric took a stepped approach to solving the problem in order to minimize impact on our home and ensure we were fixing the root of the problem. He was able to identify and fix the problem at little cost. He also offered to walk me through how to fix the doorbell since it was the chime rather than the wiring (and thus save me money). I would hire Eric again in a heartbeat.

They scheduled the work within a week which included time to permit the job. The work was done quickly, professional and of good quality.

Both of the techs were fast, accurate, clean, professionals. What I had been told by another company as an 8 hour job took them 90 mins for $400. I will certainly recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Very efficient. We are selling our home and Anytime Electric came right out to remedy the situation. After an inspection for occupancy, our city told us we had two other outlets that were not grounded properly. Again, Anytime Electric came out. Everything was up to code so Eric communicated directly with our city to find out what needed to be done. The only thing the two outlets lacked were "stickers". Eric placed them and did not charge us. :) Thank you, Eric.

Great! On time and professional

Could not have asked for better service for the price ($400). Both Dale and Zack performed an outstanding awesome job. Job required access to attic to complete. Was no problem for the team. Definitely an A+ company. I'll certainly be calling them out for additional electrical work.
