"Mr. [Member Name Removed], our manager has reached out to help clarify your frustrating situation. We had three trips for your job. The first trip was to disconnect the vanities so new countertops and bowls could be installed. You paid for that labor. The second visit our technician charged for one faucet install and toilet supply line replacement. He couldn’t install the second faucet due to it was missing parts in the box because the box had been opened. The issues with the drains was due to the new countertops came with large deep bowls in them and being it’s a 50-year-old vanity, it’s on the shorter side, so the plumbing was too high for direct connections. None of that was in our control, nor did we move any plumbing for the new countertops. You were made aware that we installed the trap backwards and that it was to try and make it work. Our experienced technician then showed you some options for different drains that may work, and you wanted to purchase them yourself. So, we went back on a third trip at no charge to install the new drains and they still didn’t work. Our technician told you he would try and find something that we could get that would work. We do understand your frustrations and we are glad you were able to find something that worked. We always are looking for long term solutions, which is why we left it with trying to find something that would work. We are sorry you feel you didn’t receive 5 star service."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] we are glad to see you were very happy with the quality of service. We are sorry & surprised to hear you were not happy with the price. It is a policy to go over all pricing & get approval for all repairs before completing, which after reviewing your situation I see was done properly. You were quoted a flat rate price to make your repairs which was approved by you. Anytime utilizes a flat rate system that calculates the price point of items to cover parts, labor & overhead costs so there is no specific break down of items & labor. This is a common practice & the same method all other HVAC companies use. I urge you to please call other providers & get a quote for the exact service call & repair requiring two trips to your home & you will see our pricing is better than others. Just simply put, the tech probably had 30 mins of travel each way, each time to your home, one hour to get the specific non stock parts plus the hour & half at your home. That would be a total of 4 1/2 hours of labor involved by the tech alone."
"We are sorry to hear that you feel our prices are too high. We certainly do not want our customers to feel as though we are overcharging them so I would like to briefly explain how we operate. We are licensed and insured for residential and commercial HVAC. We are family owned and operated and strive to provide the best quality of work at reasonable prices. We offer a two year labor warranty on repairs, which is above and beyond the manufacturers typical 90 day warranty of parts. Our technicians are of the highest grade in the industry as we only hire experienced technicians who are required to pass a stringent background and driving record check. There are many other cost factors that go into our pricing as far as the overhead to run a business that travels to our customers and provide a good working environment for our employees. Again, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy enough to give us an A rating, but we hope you would consider us for your future HVAC needs."
