He came promptly, diagnosed the worn part and found a new part locally , then came right back to install it. All for under $90. Estimates from others were 6 to 10 times that price. Some said I needed a whole new lock. Eran was a very nice person to do business with

The repair went very well. I really appreciate that he came back a few days later to help my elderly mother deal with closing the lock, at no extra charge and he also helped with an issue concerning my bathroom door. At no point did I feel as if I was inconveniencing him. He was very courteous and professional throughout.
