Technician was professional and spent a couple of hours installing the system. However, within less than a year we were experiencing problems with the thermostat. The install cost about 600.00 and included an invoice stating that the system included a 3 year maintenance agreement. A technician checked the system, but only as part of a paid furnace check. The issue with the humidifier thermostat continued though. When I contacted Anytime plumbing about the 3 year maintenance agreement, I was informed that they don't have an agreement for those systems and that the technician didn't work for them anymore. I informed them that the agreement was a main reason I accepted the install. When I pressed them to honor the written agreement I was yelled at and hung up on. I ended up troubleshooting the system and repairing incorrect wiring connections myself. Anytime plumbing did not leave any options to resolve the issue.

I called Anytime Plumbing because I had used them before and they had plumbers out in about 30 minutes which was sooner than I expected. Their employees are the best and I will always use them! I hate to see low reviews because they are truly a great company! The problem was fixed promptly and professionally and at a great rate.

Walter came in with a big machine and cleared the pipe right up! He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and kept me informed on every step of the way. They did a fantastic job. This is a great company, and if you work with them, ask for Walter!

Showed up when they said they would be here. Called on Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for me on Tuesday with service to be provided when I got home from work at 4:30pm. They did a great job and finished the job quicker than they said it would take. Very professional and I will definitely call them again if I need something done around the house. <br />

The technician showed up on time on the scheduled day. However they had a propane water heater instead of gas with them at the time. Apparently some kind of mixup on the paperwork at the office. The gas version of the same water heater was only available from their warehouse in Pueblo, and would take a minimum of two days to arrive. Due to the mixup, they agreed to do the installation of the water heater after hours at no additional cost to accommodate our schedule, since we were unable to arrange to be home again during the day that week. Installation went smoothly and i have no complaints about the work performed. Have used this company for other smaller plumbing tasks and they are reliable and reasonably priced for plumbing services. would use them again. <br />

It went well. We had not used them before but our regular plumber and several others were not available. They responded the same day, were prompt and did a good job. My only complaint was the price. They were here for about 45 minutes, replaced a small piece of plastic pipe and a coupling and charged $240. Our other plumber charged $100 less for the same job. <br />

The plumber (who was very friendly and professional) arrived ahead of schedule. He came up and looked at the toilet and flushed it. I told him I had already plunged the toilet and used a 3 foot toilet auger to try to clear any obstruction, but that hadn't fixed the problem. He went out and got like a 12 ft toilet auger, came up and ran it down the toilet. It knocked out the obstruction, and it worked fine after that. The service went fine and was quick. The fact that the entire job only took the plumber 20 mins from start to finish and he charged me $150 flat service fee (I paid $130 after a military discount) seemed a bit excessive to me. I realize they are running a business and don't have constant work, but if the going rate for a plumber is $520 /hr then I should probably reconsider my career choices. In the future I would shop around to see if there is a more reasonable price for a simple plumbing service. <br /> Summary: No issues at all with service, punctuality, or professionalism, however I thought the service was overpriced for the amount of time and effort required. <br />

They did a very good job. It was on a Sunday when I called Anytime Plumbing. Derrick came over and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend their service.

<p>We don't have a regular plumbing company, so we started calling down the list when we needed help. I called 2 other companies first on a Saturday afternoon. They were too busy and couldn't help us. Anytime was the next company I called and they said they could send someone out in about an hour and a half. Derrick arrived promptly and took everything apart, showed my husband what he missed, and put it back together so it worked. Very low stress once he arrived. We will use them again when we need plumbing or HVAC and very much appreciate the assistance!</p> <br />

I had both of them taken care of at the same time so I am so glad. Keven and Travis worked on the the water heater and Riley worked on the regular heater. They were all so nice to me and charged me $1000 less than the last company! He even told me about coupons that they had running and found them in the phone book for me, I couldn't believe it! They were easy to talk to and very respectful, it is so good to have people treat me like that and for such a decent price. The cleaning and tune-up was only $77 and the water heater replacement was $1175 after the coupon.

The tech did all of these and it works until I saw the leak is coming under my sink with the same problem. The water went under my brand new floor and damage my floor. This was happen last September 2014. when I found out. I call this company about the situation and they send another tech to handle the problem and completed. Now, I have ask the company about my floor is already damage is bacause of the leak from under the sink. I have called them so many times until now. I have asked them about my floor and they said, no, they are not going to fix my floor. I don't know, what should I do with my floor is been damage from this leak. <br />

Not only did Josh B. perform an "above-ground" measurement of our line to assess homeowner responsibility, but he also videoed the line and provided a DVD showing line deterioration. In addition, Josh re-snaked both the lines to the house and to the street from our cleanout access.
