Samvel was a true professional, he informed me of every step of the repairs and he pricing was very reasonable. He cleaned up after the work was completed and left my kitchen looking better then when he started.

Samuel did a great job servicing my microwave oven. On the first day, he performed a thorough diagnostic, and on the second day, he returned with the necessary parts to complete the repair. He was extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The way the builders had positioned the microwave made it difficult to access, but he was able to carefully work around it and figure everything out. It’s clear that he takes pride in doing his work perfectly. He even went to Home Depot to pick up additional supplies to ensure the job was done right. On top of that, he took the time to check my washer and dryer as well. He was very reasonable and honest with his pricing. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Had a dishwasher that wasnt draining properly and Sam fixed it at the best price. Showed me the price of each part after determining what needed replaced and once we installed the new pump and water hose, everything was flowing like it did 5 years ago. Thanks Sam!

I needed my dryer repaired. I got the feeling I had a pretty good chance of success when he arrived on time! How often does that happen? He was very polite and friendly and said his name was Sam. Sam asked a few questions and went right to work. Within ten minutes he had my dryer working again. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed! Then it was time to pay him. When I asked him “how much” he just stood there. How much do you charge for 15 minutes? I felt certain I would have to pay his rate for an hour. What a surprise, he asked me to pay 1/4 hr for his work. I was shocked but very happy. Just shows there there are still some honest repair people who treat others fairly. One more thing, Sam left my house perfectly clean!

Due to appliance being around a corner, he had to do quite a bit to get dishwasher hooked up and spent a lot of time to get it done correctly.
