Initially, I purchased a deal and J could not accommodate my time line due to his schedule. J called to check to see if I had my painting done, when his scheduled freed up. I had not since I had been told my walls had to be fixed before they could be painted. J was able to come and assess my paint needs, was able to give me advice on how the walls could be fixed. Even though it was not his area of expertise. I obtained someone to fix the walls and J was able to paint. I am very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. I paid more then I would have paid for the initial deal, but it was certainly worth it.

He did a nice job but did not bring all of his own equipment. (i.e. he used our shopvac.) There is a place we had patched and he said 2 thick coats of paint would cover it completely. They did not and the patch is visible. There was another place where you can see drips in the dried paint. He was very personable. He painted two coats in one day as it was a one-day deal. This is perhaps not optimal since the coats needed to dry in between.

"Owner. The real reason, as I read Mrs. [Member Name Removed] comment about, Me being personable. For those previous customer know I'm not No way near personable because she laugh a few times when she peek in the room, while I was painting. Also Mrs. [Member Name Removed] wanted to piece my room package on Angie's List which is $129 for a 12 by 13 size by combining their Foyer, Starwell with 3 high ceilings, and a Hallway so my equipment was for painting a Room, not all of those other areas that wasn't discuss nor purchased through Angie's List. Now she was saying that all those areas were smaller then a 12 by 13, Really!! Not to mention I told her and her husband that the sanding job he did the outline of the wholes he sanded and put primer on could possibly still bleed through or be seen even after 2 coats. Therefore, with that being said as an owner, I'm glad I have my own paperwork along with Angie's List paperwork to show my customer actually what areas in the house I am painting."

J was very professional and prompt. He returned my initial phone call to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. In addition, he was able to get us in with 24 hours of calling me back to complete the job. J arrived promptly on time and asked for me to show him the job. After showing him the room we would like painted he laid drop clothes covering the floor and plastic over any furniture to prevent paint splatters from getting on the floor or bed. J applied two coats of paint to the walls and the end result turned out great. His lines were straight and I did not see any areas that may need to be touched up later. Which even if I did, is not entirely uncommon. I will hire J for future jobs as that need arises. He is prompt and professional!

It was great! He didn't come by and look ahead of time at what we wanted painted, so we had a couple areas we were going to ask him about. It took us a while to decide which one he could do do because he didn't have ladders to do the hallway we were talking about. So, maybe just a little contact ahead of time.
