Arthur showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had replacement parts on hand. Answered all my questions and explained what had gone wrong to cause the issue. Cleaned out the existing build up of lint and explained how I could check it moving forward.

Arthur fixed problem and replaced electrical outlets. Dryer cleared of lint. AC output good.

I called Mr Parham and he responded very promptly. When he arrived he was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to have the compressor replaced. The parts were ordered and installed as promised. I have also used him to have the thermostat replaced in my refrigerator. My washer was leaking water, he also fixed that also. All these were separate house calls, and each time Mr Parham was also professional, and on time and did the work as promised.

Arthur is very well informed, he is thorough and very personable! Definitely he is one of the best service person we had in our home, he is professional and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and was able to efficiently answer all of our concerns. Arthur did a terrific job, our A/C broke on one of those hot Atlanta summer days, but due to his proficient skills our A/C was back in service in less than a day. We will definitely request his services again when needed, exceptional service!

Great! Mr. Parham arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately (clogged drain line and dirty condenser coil.) He performed the necessary repairs and the air conditioning was blowing cold in short order. I was pleased with price, which was less what I've paid for similar services with big name repair companies. I highly recommend AP Appliance Techs and will use again in the future.

Technician showed up a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. He was very friendly and detail oriented with his services. It was a pleasant experience to know the technician was very experienced and efficient. Took him about 2 1/2 hrs to complete his job and everything was working perfect afterwards. And the best part was the great price!!! Any home repairs I need in the future will be done by AP Appliances for sure. <br />

Arthur Parham took his time to effectively diagnose the problem and inspect the entire furnace to identify any other issues that could potentially cause a other problems in the future.  His patience and professionalism were both refreshing and reassuring because the company that I hired beforehand only inspected the furnace for approximately 15 minutes and quoted me a bill for $1,025.00, which included the replacement of the mother board, various/multiple sensors and blower motor (i.e. the main Fan that blows the heat/AC throughout the house). I could tell that the other company was only out to get as much money as they could as quickly possible. The other company made me feel rushed and pressured while on the other hand, Mr.Parham made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities. The proof that Mr. Parham's business was the correct decision is crystal clear in this particular case because not only did he correct the problem, he prevented me from being ripped-off by replacing only what was needed! This saved me approximately $700 last week and I am now a newly converted customer. Thank you Aurthur!!! <br />
