"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], ma'am this is totally un true. We both know that we was paid for the services we did. For you to say that we was paid and did not finish is being dishonest ma'am. Let's review the order of events. We was hired to remove popcorn, paint ceilings, paint walls, and baseboard. We completed everything we was hired to do. The discrepancy came when after scraping popcorn. we primed your ceilings and painted them 2 coats. Your ceilings was still yellowish even after 2 coats. At this point I asked your husband has your drywall been water damaged. At this point he tells me that your drywall had seen major damage to the point where there was leaks throughout your home. Well this was the first time either of you disclosed this important information. If you had told me this during the estimate when I came out to look at the job, then I would've told you that we would have to oil base prime the ceilings or either spray texture. Of course this would change the price of the bid significantly. Your husband wanted us to come back and spray texture for absutely nothing extra. Wanted us to do it for free, as if it was our fault your drywall had seen such major water damage. This is what I would not come back for. Reason being is simple, First I reduced your bid from 8200 to 7400 just to help you out in trying to get it done. In addition to that I reduced your bid another 200 so you could pay your storage for an additional month because we could not start until a week after you wanted us to. So right off the back I saved you a 1000 dollars. Also during Estimate you guys didn't tell me that there would be a room that half of was getting replaced with new drywall and you wanted us to finish the new drywall. We did that free of charge as well. Also you had 3 fixtures you asked to be replaced. My employee agreed to do the 3 for 100, well the 3 turned into 8 fixtures ma'am. So I was starting to see a pattern develop that I wasn't going to keep just going alone with. For me to save you so much money already and then you want us to come back and do another 2000 plus dollars in additional work for absolutely nothing. I didnt feel that was right ma'am. Now with all that being said I apologize if you or your husband feel I wronged you in any kind of way. That's never my intention. We strive to help people and do the very best job we can for every customer. We always go the extra mile for customers. I do not like having just 1 bad review ma'am, especially when it's not the truth. However, since I'm a God-fearing man with integrity I'd like to make this right. My suggestion would be that you call me so we can work this out. I'm willing to refund you some money back to help with the cost of someone else coming out and texturing your ceilings. I will not come back and do the work myself ma'am. At this point I don't think that would be best. Honestly your husband never made work there the best conditions. He was rude at times to the point where my men did not even want to be there. That's not conducive to a good work environment at all. So please call me so we can arrange this and move forward. All I ask in return is that with the same enthusiasm that you left this nasty, untrue review. That you will come back and leave a good review when this is settled. Again I apologize, I hope we can make this better for the both of us. Thank You, best of wishes..."
