Finding a service who would come to London, OH was not easy. However, the folks at Apex 1st were quick to answer my message. Scheduling through their online portal was easy. On the scheduled day, Kyle called to let me know when to expect him. He was right on time. The carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time so I wasn’t expecting much. Kyle took extra time and even re-treated the high traffic areas to get out the walked-in grime. When he finished, I was amazed at how good the carpets looked. I would absolutely use Apex 1st again.

I am very pleased with the whole experience. I spoke with Kyle on the phone to set up service. My parents home needed 3 rooms of carpet cleaned (several stained areas) and 2 sofas done. He gave me a quote and set up service date quickly. He texted when he was on his way. He did a wonderful job! The couches look like new and the carpets turned out great. He was very personable and professional. I am so glad to have found someone I will call every time and happily refer to everyone I know.

Kyle was fantastic! Scheduling was simple and quick (I love the online scheduling). He came out 2 days after I made the appointment. He is personable, has great communication (called about an hour before arrival) and effectively cleaned the areas needed. My dog threw up on the stairs and I needed someone to come out and clean it. The areas cleaned looked like new! I highly recommend this company!

Amazing! Our furniture looks brand new. We had blue permanent marker and red marker on our light colored sofas. The stains came completely out. Service was excellent, efficient, and cost effective. Plus customer service was genuine and kind. We will be hiring for the cleaning of our upstairs carpet.
