Summary: Very responsive and reasonably priced repair service. Great option if you are trying to avoid replacing an expensive older appliance. Our 20 year-old double oven stopped functioning. I went through a bunch of companies to consider but Apex has great reviews. Tyler came and quickly opened the oven. He pointed out that control board was most likely the culprit and replacing it would give several years of life especially since there were no moving parts. A common problem is that these parts are no longer manufactured. He found a company in Austin that fixed these parts. He gave an estimate of $300 to fix the part and about 2 weeks to get it back. A week later he came by with the part and installed it. Tyler is great , unassuming and very reasonable. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who is considering repairing their appliances or at least knowing the options. You know from the onset that he is going to go out of his way to help you

Grrreat!! Tyler is the Absolute BEST! He was on time, fixed the problem, and the price was VERY reasonable. Apex Appliance will forever be our go to repair company.

Tyler/Apex found that rodents had chewed all the water lines and to replace all of those parts just didn't make monetary sense. He disconnected and removed the dishwasher so I could clean and attend to the mess left underneath. I paid/tipped him and he was gone. He was great to work with for my situation.

Everything went well on the repair / evaluation part of the project. It appears that my freezer is not worth repairing as the compressor has failed on the unit.

Technician arrived, diagnosed a defective compressor start relay, replaced the defective one with a new universal one as the original manufacturer part is no longer available, and my 16 year old LG refrigerator was up and running again.

Came quickly, recognized problem, fixed clogged drain tube, cleaned up afterwards. Running great now; would use again.

Found the problem within 30 minutes, ordered part and finished repair the day the part arrived. Outstanding work.
