Apex Plumbing is fantastic! I had a leak in my front yard and called them, and they scheduled someone to come out the very next morning. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They located the leak immediately, and the pricing was definitely worth every penny considering the amount of work involved. I’ll absolutely continue using Apex Plumbing and have already recommended them to several friends. Thank you to Joe, Mike, and Bobby for your excellent service!

Apex Plumbing employees, James and Zach, came to my house to repair a water leak that stopped all water service to my house. James came and cleared the lawn covering my pipes. Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak. They eliminated that pipe leak under my house. I now have full water service to my house with no more leaks. Thank you Zach and James for a complete repair of known and unknown leaks. Good job!

We live in an older house in West Tampa. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal. John, Elliot, Matt; I cannot remember all their names, were consummate professionals of the highest degree. I would not hesitate to recommend APEX Plumbing.

I will never choose to use APEX plumbing. Our condo contracted with them to replace all the aging water heaters in the building. Their original price was "okay" (ish) based on today's inflated rates. But then came the upcharges. A water heater install is really simple and while you are changing out the tank and putting in the required drip pan changing the supply valve is a given. But no! this company, having quoted for an entire 18 story building of water heater replacements, decided to upcharge $193 for the replacement of an $8 supply valve. I don't know what they paid for each water heater but the equivalent from HD is $460 so at $1,229 per, they seem to be making about $350 per hour. In addition they left water in the drip pan to ensure that the tank started rusting right away and did not adjust the thermostat to the setting of the working (but old) tank they removed. All-in-all a greedy company that does not know how to garner good faith.

Kudos to Kyle and Edwin for their expertise and professionalism in installing a new garbage disposal unit, unclogging the kitchen drain, and installing a top-quality water filtration system. These Apex plumbers were responsive and on time and made sure the jobs were done right. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We called for a quote and they arrived in a matter of hours. Gave us clear prices and options, without trying to push us into a higher option. Were here the next day and completed the work in one day. Thank you!

We cannot say enough good things about the team at Apex Plumbing. Pricing was better than most and there were absolutely no surprises. All work and the city inspection was completed in a manner of days. The team was prompt and professional, answered all our questions and did a great job.
